Charging problems after 2 weeks. Great sound quality but software issues big time

A lot of positives a lot of disappointments. I wouldn’t buy at 550 bucks anywhere around 300-400. It’s a catch.

When I purchased it was good for a noise canceling. However, Now totally works for a noise canceling.

This is my second pair as i brought them for my gf. We love our headphones and it is amazing.

When it worked it worked phenomenally, the highs were clear and precise, mids weren’t muddled and blended into the base really well. The base hot hard but not overwhelmingly so. After wearing it for over an hour, you could really start to feel the “quality” of the build. The only issue I had was that it never remembered my phone and I would have to reset the device and reconnect it over and over again. For the amount of money, i was kinda let down by the quality control.

Love these! They are the best investment ever!!! You would not be upset with your purchase.

These were great for 2 years until they completely bricked. So expensive for such a short life span. Definitely never buying again.

Bought these as a gift. The were still connected to someone’s Apple account and I was unable to use them. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe that they would not do a quality check on this item, considering how expensive they are. I am very disappointed.

Didn't even last a year, the bluetooth connectivity just stop working and you cant connect to your device anymore. Of course apple doesn't have a solution to fix the issue, except to swap for a new one for $350. For $550 + tax you'd think they'd last. Go Sony instead quality and noise cancel is the same.

Stopped working in about 6 months. Taking to Apple Store to be assessed.

Best headphones purchased in a while! Work travel has picked back up and these were a need!

I’ve been using my AirPods Max for just a bit over 1 year and when they were functional, they were great. Are there better sounding headphones out there? Absolutely but for the Apple ecosystem their seamless transitions and connections are great. My issue though is after 1 year of light use, the automatic head detection feature has failed and there is no way to reliably connect the headphones to any product. After 1 year, this type of failure is a joke and Apple refuses to assist in any way;their solution is to recommend I purchased Apple care at purchase (so add 60 bucks to these already market lagging price) or pay 300 to possibly get them repaired. Absolutely a joke that these headphones have this kind of failure rate (look online as there are thousands of instances of this) and unfortunately, I’ll be looking at alternatives this next go around. Apple had a long way to go before these truly reach the elite status of their other products.

Delivered defective product. Never was able to charge, it ran out. Had to go to Apple Store as it was over 30 days. For a "premium" product. If I had purchased via Amazon I could return, and I would probably change products as these are also very heavy as many reviewers noted. They work great, amazing connection, the only gripe I have is the defective they don't charge part.
