Horrible Best Buy customer service

Then when I drove an hour to go pick it up they said it had already been sold to another customer.

I will take it back to the store to see if they can fix it. That’s is not a pleasant purchase especially the quality does not match the high price

Lost this customer for life

Three separate customer service interactions were completely useless. After almost a month, my order was simply cancelled. Although I had to pay $100 more to purchase this item from another store, the extra $$ was totally worth it. I will go to great lengths to make sure I never purchase anything from your store again.
