Known issue about the sound quality

When I make a call, they cannot hear me on the other end. I took them into Apple, and it’s a known issue that they have to send in to repair. Why repair a brand new product? Why not replace them? Would not recommend buying them.

DEAD after 14 months

They are worth it if they don't break. Spoke with Apple support and the only thing they can offer is a fix for over 300 $. They no longer connect via bluetooth. They cannot be reset. Disapponted.
