Do not buy these open box or refurbished. I bought them open box and they were still linked to the previous owners Apple ID. There’s no way to unlink the ID without that person doing it themselves. I had to return them.

My item was stolen off my porch and best buy refused to refund me I have been a customer with them for years and have never had any issues prior

honestly kinda crap sounding for the price, when compared to other offerings from companys like sennheiser, Mr. Speakers (aka Dan Clark Audio), Bowers and Wilkins they just dont really perform, and the comfort overall is rather sad. returned within a week of trying even after 48 hours of break in they still didnt have much performance as other noisecanceling headphones like the sony 1000s which are $300ish instead. go buy those instead.

For the price -- it is an average or below average item

Was not happy with them as they were not very loud and the over the ear Cushions were very itchy

They are. If worth the money at all have already had to have them replaced as they stoped working

Uncomfortable fit. I have naturally curly kinky hair and it would get stuck in it.

I wish they start tighter on your head. Sound quality is merely OK.

These headphones suck and are way over price. The wired option is just as bad. You won’t get Lossless Audio with Apple, it’s a scam.

Work well for a year and a half. Now they never detect when they are on my head and so no volume comes through them. It’s a common issue wish Apple would do the right thing and repair them but they won’t.

Good over all. I was expecting more out of this speaker

Purchased these in March of 2022, they don’t work anymore. They won’t connect to my phone, they won’t even factory reset. Don’t bother contacting apple support, because they’re not helpful either. Absolute trash, I wish I never bought these.

Save your money and go with the AirPods Pro. I was very let down. My AirPods Pro sound the same if not better.

they were terrible, you could barley hear anythin and nobody could hear me when talking on the phone

Probably the nices headphones out there but no bass!! You will not feel the music.
