I was hesitant at first of getting the later model. But I got to say they are not what I expected. In my opinion, the sound quality are better over the Bose ultra. Again my opinion. I would like for Apple to come out with sweat resistant ones.

These are amazing. The sound is phenomenal and the noise cancelling feature is spectacular. I recommend these!!

I love em! The headphones are perfect they’re not blasting loud but great at blocking. Not 100% blocked but that’s good because can still hear your surroundings alittle

Great product. These are very comfortable even for long flights since they don't touch your ears. I've tried Bose Quiet Comfort and Beats Studios and always ended up with sore sweaty ears because they rested on my ears. The AirPods Max totally cover my ears and do a great job of removing all of the noise. Also even though they weigh more than my Bose or Beats, I don't feel the weight as much. One note: If you want to use these with the built-in entertainment systems of the airline, you need to purchase the "official" Apple Lightning to 3.5mm cable. Do NOT buy any other brand, because they're not compatible and Apple embeds a chip in their cable that's required for it to work with these headphones.

Really great headphones. Awesome sound quality and surprisingly comfortable. Only thing is they are not waterproof so be careful wearing them to the gym.

Great headphones. Excellent sound quality, great fit and features. If you’re pairing them to an Apple device (iPhone, iPad) you will get the most out of them but the basics remain excellent.

I have been waiting for Apple to offer over the headphones since the rumors started. I received the headphones within 15 days of purchase, way shorter than I anticipated. Thanks Best Buy! Now to the headphones. They are heavier than most, be the design is incredible. They actually are more comfortable than my Beats Solo 3. Great ease of use as well. I won’t get into how great the sound is as many reviews can confirm the sound is spectacular. I also purchased a year subscription to Tidal hi fi music through a Best Buy deal of the day. Using the headphones to listen to hi fi, master and atmos recordings is superior to any headphones I ever heard. Apple needs to incorporate into iTunes and Apple TV 4K as Tidal atmos music does not transfer to headphones. Again, these headphones are expensive but well worth it as they sound incredible! The highs and mids are beautiful and the bass is, for just right.....pulsating when they are sled but always tight and in perfect harmony with the song.

These Apple AirPod max headphones are amazing. The sound and the noise cancellation are excellent. I got them in the pink color the look like nothing to n the market.

The ANC on these are top notch. They are better than the Sony XM5’s in my opinion and you can’t beat airpods max with apple music. If you have an iphone and use apple music, you NEED these.

These headphones are amazing, great quality and great team at bestbuy. they helped me out choose the color, they had a lot of choices and they explained the payment plan with me so well. This is my second apple purchase I buy at bestbuy and I love how their prices are lower than the actual store.

The AirPods Max are absolutely amazing! The sound quality is stunning—rich, clear, and immersive with deep bass. Active Noise Cancellation is top-notch, blocking out distractions completely. The build is premium and comfortable, and the spatial audio is a game-changer for movies and music. Worth every penny!

Inscredible sound quality and i loved how they looked. the only reaosn i gave 4/5 stars was the price was very expensive and they were heavy so keeping them on for long periods of time was slightly difficult.

I bought these headphones on 4/16/2023, the sound is absolutely AMAZING. They are on the heavier side, so far I have done laundry, dishes, swept the house, laid in bed using them with no discomfort, this is not a headphone to go workout in, why would you? that's what in ear airpods are for. I wanted these specifically for lounging around the house since i do listen to music all the time & podcast and the in ear airpods hurt my ear hole after a while! these were absolutely perfect for me. The sound cancelling ? FLABBERGASTED, it is so amazing that my boyfriend left the house, came back shortly because he forgot something & I never even knew! I did not hear a thing, kind of scary if you are out and about you can get jumped easily LOL. The bluetooth connectivity on these have truly disappointed me, i left my phone in my room & went to the kitchen to do the dishes & the connection was awful the song kept going in & out so pretty disappointed but no worries I love everything else, I got the dark grey they look just like the picture, so classy & amazing.

I really loved these headphones. The sound quality and noise cancellation were terrific for me. I also love the convenience of the digital crown. Although most complain about the case, I LOVE it. It's like a cute little purse! There is one issue that made me return this product. The multipoint connection seemed to be for Apple products only. For example, my headphones switched seamlessly from my iPhone to my iPad. However, when I connected my Samsung TV to the headphones, I could hear the TV through them, but I had to reconnect the headphones to my iPhone or iPad after doing so. So, while watching the TV or playing a game, I am not getting any phone calls or text notifications through the headphones because they have disconnected for me to play the TV. I also cannot accept any calls while watching the TV. I have to go back into my iPhone's Bluetooth devices and reconnect the headphones to the iPhone in order to have a conversation through the headphones. This is not a true multipoint connection. The headphones would have been perfect if Apple had not had this error. I ended up going with a pair of Bose QC Ultras out of necessity. These headphones allow me to watch the TV/game through the headphones, and when someone calls me, it quiets the TV and announces the call. This is a true multipoint connection because all points stay connected and interact with each other. I also own much cheaper Skullcandy Crushers and Evos, which have a true multipoint connection. This issue may not be a deal breaker for most, but it was for me. After saving for these headphones for nearly eight months, I was past excited to buy them. The simple joy of unboxing an Apple product is worth its weight in gold. When I realized that these costly headphones did not have a true multipoint connection aside from their Apple-branded products, I wanted to slap my own face with a powdered hand! Unbelievable!

Sound is amazing. Noise cancellation is also great along with seamless set up. I also like the fact that the ear muffs are replaceable.

Great product 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Bought these last year and they are still in excellent condition.
