I love this product.. as a college student and a person that loves music.. i found myself singing a long to songs as I would walk to my classes. I kept asking my boyfriend if he was able to buy me some but he said that he couldn’t. Later that evening he came to my hosue and brought me the Headphones. I was so excited. When i went to school the next day i spent the whome entire time listening to the music that I love. Felt like i was missing this product my whole entire life! Just to be able to have the amazing company Best Buy to have tje perfect color and was able to get it the day of was anazing! Thank you best buy for your reliablity!

Excellent head phones, terrible service!!!!! I bought these on sale for $50 off and I went to change the color and they told me to had to buy them full price! I went to another Best Buy and they could only price match a price from Amazon which still only gave me about $20 off. It was RIDICULOUS. I work in retail and even if your JUST EXCHANGING COLORS you should get the different color NO EXTRA CHARGE. Will not be buying anymore products from Best Buy since they can’t even honor an EVEN EXCHANGE. literally the only reason I bought from Best Buy. Never again.

I have been wanting these for eons, but never mustered up the courage to splurge on them! I have a pair of the Limited Edition Bose Comfort 35ii, which are great…but being an Apple girl, I wanted to have these too! So after years of wanting, I bought myself a pair and am so happy I did! The sound quality is amazing, they’re comfy and I cannot wait tobuse them on our flight to Barbados in a week!!!

My son is so happy with these headphones. He said they are the best gift he has gotten in a long time.

i've had cheaper alternatives that worked well except, i can't switch between different devices as easily. these are a bit heavy but comfortable. the spatial audio is interesting. there are times i had to remove my headphones just to make sure the sound is coming from the headphones and not my laptop. and when i turn my head away from my laptop, the sound adjust. it's a trip. the ear foams are magnetically attached and easily replaced. i've had some old bose that i really liked and it's hard to replace the worn ear cups as they are glued on. you kinda have to buy a new one at that point. at least these can be replaced, unfortunately, they are a bit pricey. hopefully some 3rd party brands will come out with a cheaper alternative. over priced but if you are in the apple ecosystem, you have no choice. i can switch between my iphone, apple tv, and macbook pro seamlessly. that probably the best feature in my opinion. find these on sale or open box.

Love my headsets I use it for work conference mostly and they lady all day without having to charge it. The only issue I have is that if I use it outside it gets sweating and would like to clean it

Biught theae for my daughter some time ago and they are still working good. A bit pricey but woth it.

Apple's famous Airpods, now Max! While these do sound very good, they don't sound great in my opinion, especially for the price. They are very cool, comfortable, and look great. But for half the price you can get some truly great sounding cans from Sennheiser. If what you want is great audio, wired is the way to go anyway. Are these fun? Heck yes, especially with Apple's lossless audio, and particularly for movies. But if you have to choose between the Pros and these, I'd say go with the Pros 90% of the time. I use my Pros several times a day, and these only a handful of times a week. Now, if you're not a very picky listener, and love the convenience of both wireless audio and Apple's seamless integration between devices, and want to spend over $500, then by all means, these are great in my opinion, and have a much more natural sound than other wireless headphones, like Beats, do. Also, bear in mind that while you can enjoy Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos with these, you can't do lossless, even if you do wire them.

The sound is great! The noise canceling is amazing! They are sooo heavy on my head. 30+ min give me a headache. And the fall off. So not small head friendly….

I picked up these guys in store and I love them! I wish I could've found the Silver ones, but these are fine too. The noise cancelling is not as good as my Airpod Pros 2, but still okay. Definitely wish they were better at drowning out cafe noise and such. The transparency mode though is top tier, best out there. Sound quality is of course top tier as well. Build quality is second to none, but these headphones are NOT for working out, due to them being Aluminum metal they're a bit heavy, but NOT heavy enough to be uncomfortable by any means. I love the comfort.

I am very pleased with this purchase. Hesitant at first for this expensive purchase but when I finally decided on purchasing it, I was very happy with it. It was all I ever wanted from a headset. The features are second to none. I am thinking of purchasing one for my daughter because it will be very unlikely that she will misplacethis one.

These AirPods Max are the best ANC headphones I’ve used and this is coming from someone who swears by their Bose QC35’s! While these AirPods Max’s did cause me to have really bad headaches/ ear pain in the beginning, trust me when I say give them about a week or so of daily usage to break in and the discomfort should go away! If you’re heavily nested in the iOS system such as me, the AirPods Max provide seamless switching between your different devices without having to do any manually connecting or anything- it’s so great!
