These are hands down the best noise-canceling headphones I’ve ever owned. The active noise cancellation is phenomenal, effortlessly silencing background distractions, whether I’m commuting, working, or relaxing. The sound quality is equally impressive, delivering rich, immersive audio with a balanced soundstage. They’re also incredibly comfortable for extended wear, thanks to the breathable mesh canopy and memory foam ear cushions. While they are a premium investment, the build quality, seamless integration with Apple devices, and unrivaled noise cancellation make them worth every penny. The quality is still nice after 3 years of usage. No complaints for the sound quality and the noise cancellation feature of the product.

I’ve seen some people say these fall off easily but mine stays right on! I love these headphones, they really cancel out the noise. Not only do they look nice on, the sound quality is great as well. I wear these to the gym and they stay on. I do have to adjust it to a certain angle when I do hip thrust but it still doesn’t budge. The only negative thing I would say is that you can’t turn them off, they stay on in a “sleep” mode so even though the battery life on this is good (last up to 1 week without charging it) if you need to charge it frequently.

I got a pair of these for my son and a pair for myself. Love them. I’ve now bought a total of 3. Slick design an work as ear muffins in the winter lol

After spending several weeks testing and evaluating these headphones, I am ready to share my thoughts. The AirPods Max unquestionably deliver an impressive audio experience. Audiophiles will appreciate the accuracy and detail in the sound profile, making for an immersive listening journey across various genres. Apple's Active Noise Cancellation technology is top-notch. It effectively eliminates external distractions, providing a serene listening environment. Whether you're in a bustling city or on a noisy commute, the AirPods Max create a cocoon of tranquility that allows you to focus solely on your music. The AirPods Max sport an elegant and distinctive design, with a stainless steel frame and breathable mesh headband. However, the design also introduces some weight, making the headphones noticeably heavier than competitors. While the design is undeniably premium, extended use might lead to discomfort for some users. The Digital Crown, borrowed from the Apple Watch, adds a touch of familiarity and provides intuitive controls.

I tried the sony xm5 and they were great. But I am an apple user and have the ipad pro, macbook m1, iphone, and apple watch. The airpods max is very comparable to the sony xm5. But for anyone deep in the apple ecosystem, this is the way ;). If you use any other OS I would recommend the sony. The apple watch works seamless when I am on the treadmill, the headband is secure enough for me to do jumpboxes, its snug enough for me to use on the decline ab bench, and my ears dont hurt after having them on for a couple of hours. Had to switch from in ear to over the ear because of ear tenderness from using the in ear buds. If you do sweat there will be moisture in the cups, but I take the cups off after every use and make sure no moisture stays inside. Overall, I have enjoyed using these for gym, watching movies, listening to music, and pleasantly surprised that these work very well for online gaming (better than my razers). Oh, and they work for taking calls too.

I really love these headphones. Was on the fence about buying them but snagged them on a good deal for $100 off. The noise cancelling is great - was able to sleep the entirety of 2 round trip 10 hour flights while my husband sat frustrated and awake by the cacophony of babies crying... that alone justified the price tag for me! In my every day life, I use these while I uber home every day and again, the noise cancelling means I can fully read a book without hearing anything. I use them at the gym daily and my biggest concern was sweat - I haven't had any issues while pairing them with a very affordable set of silicone protectors off Amazon (PICTURED). The connectivity is great and the main reason I leaned towards these as I have an Apple system (Macbook, watch, iPad, iPhone etc). The carry case is not as annoying as people made it seem and fits nicely in my handbag. I charge it once every 2-3 days (and use it for 2 hours a day), although admittedly I just charge it when I feel like it so I haven't been maxing the headphones out. Overall, would purchase again!

I bought these for my husband for his birthday & he LOVED them ! He uses them every day ! They are very loud & have wonderful noise cancellation ! I used his to go to the gym & fell in love so I bought myself a pair ! I don’t go to the gym without them !!! They aren’t heavy on the head & they seem to stay on pretty well ! The only thing I will say is that when you’re lying on a bench they slide a bit but that’s expected with any over the ear headphones ! The battery life is pretty good ! I can charge them once over night & use them 4-5 days a week for about 2 hours a day with no issues with the battery dying !! I will say though , even if they do die , you can charge them for about 15-20min & you’re set for about 2 hrs ! I can truly say it was worth every penny !!

Fantastic sound best headphones in the world ever has made

Glad I waited for these to go on sale, especially since the new ones came out and the only thing different about the new ones and these is the charging port on them. The sound on these are amazing. I see why all the Youtube videos I have seen about them over the years have always been so uplifting about these headphones. I will say the price is outrageous but they are justified with everything that you are getting with these, especially if you live in the Apple ecosystem.

AMAZINGGGG. I love to listen to music and these headphones just expanded my music experience even more. Even just for noise cancellation they are so perfect. I absolutely love them. Buy them. People say they are uncomfortable and stuff but I don’t feel that.

Overall great headphones. I use them while doing yard work, school, or even just listening to music around the house. They have great quality and you really feel like you’re immersed in the music. My only complaint is the high price, but if you’re willing to spend it I’d say they’re worth it.

I purchased a pair of Open-Box Excellent Condition AirPods Max, and overall, I'm really pleased with my experience! The sound quality is outstanding—crystal clear audio with deep bass that really enhances my music and podcasts. The noise cancellation feature is a excellent, making it easy to focus in noisy environments. I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that I noticed a few minor scratches on the ear cups, which were to be expected for a used product. Additionally, while the battery life is generally impressive, I’ve found it drains a bit quicker than I anticipated since it doesn't have the ability to turn off. That said, the comfort is fantastic, and they fit snugly for extended sessions. If you're looking for premium sound quality and can find a good deal on a used pair, I highly recommend the AirPods Max!

Extremely comfortable to wear while cleaning, walking, and at the gym. I was afraid that I’d have issues with them sliding on my head when I first started using them, but it hasn’t turned out to be an issue. The sound and noise cancelling is AMAZING! Regular AirPods would make the inside of my ears sore after a while, so these are the perfect alternative if that is an issue for you (and these don’t randomly eject from your ear! IYKYK)!

So they are a bit on the heavier side, but just from holding them you can tell the materials on it are great. They have great sound quality great treble, and the noise cancelling it’s the best I’ve seen in any speaker. My only complaint is the the lightning port

Have been eyeing these for a while now and finally made the move to buy them. They are great! I have no regrets at all. I use them to work out and they do just what i need them to. I also ordered them over the phone because I had a visa gift card and wanted to use it and the Best Buy assistant was sooo helpful and made it so easy! Always love shopping at Best Buy!
