The AirPods Max are great in many ways. Supreme connectivity to all Apple Devices; arguably the best noise canceling on any headphones; contains the best transparency mode on any headphones. But there is one major negative that was a huge downfall for me personally. The headphones structure doesn’t fit my head. I do wear glasses and that is part of the issue I had; however, even without glasses, I found the comfort to be lackluster. The top headband is like a mix between traditional headbands and new ski mask headbands offered by companies like Corsair and SteelSeries. This headband blend doesn’t work for me. In addition, the super soft and almost goofy ear cushions lack any form of “suction” and make it nearly impossible to stay on my face. If you’re charging almost $600 for headphones, they need to be ABSOLUTELY PERFECT in every way. The AirPods Max are not. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and ended up returning them.

I think these may be the best headphones money can buy. Far better noise-cancellation than Bose headphones. Splurged for my daughter in college so that she can study without distraction. Of course she also loves them for the excellent sound quality. Best Buy has the best price too.

These Apple headphones are so cute ! The noise cancelling is excellent . They were on sale so I was happy with the price .

These headphones have great noise cancellation and overall soubd quality. The material means great durability for the headphones but fear of the net for support being easily tearable. Overall great, the major thing is the not so protective case. In order to save your headset batteries you have to utalize the case meaning you can bever choose a safer option for travel and not having a way to shut iff the maxs is disappointing. The beats studio pros have really all the basics for half the price.

Love these earphones. Cant hear outside noise when set that way, amplifies when I need it. Makes air travel more enjoyable

I was skeptical at first just from seeing others reviews saying the sound quality wasn’t good, so I went in store to try them myself before buying them. When I turned on the noise cancellation itself, without any music playing, I couldnt even hear my friend talking right beside me. As far as price, I was able to save some by getting ordering them open-box; they came basically new.

I really wanted to like these but all I can say is they are OK, and for $550, that’s not good. Pros - integrates well with Apple products - premium feel and nice controls - noise cancellation and transparency mode are the best in the business - comfortable Cons - doesn’t get loud enough (and I don’t normally listen loud) - bass is so-so - clarity just ok. I’m not hearing things in songs I hadn’t previously. - case is a joke for the price - no power off button is annoying - the sound is average; there is definitely no “wow” moment when you first listen to them. - ears get warm even though there is a decent amount of sound leakage - messes up your hair due to the fact so much weight is on the headband. (For girls with hair pulled back this won’t be a problem.) There is very little squeeze produced by the headband which means no weight is supported on the sides…this is also a cause of the sound leakage and reduced bass.) - made for larger heads. I have a big head and have it adjusted almost all the way down.) I have a pair of (wired) Senheissers that are $90 and sound so much better. These are a miss for Apple. Still, if you are alright with average sound, the ease of use, premium feel, and good controls MIGHT make up for it.

Ordering was very easy and they had everything was in stock at Christmas time. Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous.

They are expensive but the best part is that they are seemlessly able to go from my iPhone, macbook, and ipad. Sound quality is good, noise cancelation is excellent, and they are comfortable for me. Breathable. The bad things are the way you charge it and the caring case. If you want to save money you can get another brand like Sony but for me integration was important.

The Christopher Nolan movie of headphones: there's exaggerated bass, nicely scooped but saturated mids, very adequate highs with just enough sparkle to give you that inner ear "ooooh nice" fizz. Bonded with my dad over how great even old, low bitrate music sounds with these. Made my month seeing him get to relive the classics... Strong recommend.

I love my Airpod Max. I highly recommend it and it's the best thing I ever got for my self.
