This is probably the worst Bluetooth headset I’ve ever owned. Already had one replacement, about to call for another. In two months. The first headset would fail to power on sometimes, there’s no power button to do it yourself. When it did manage to turn on, you would press the noise cancellation and notice a (sometimes 10 minute!) delay in response from the device. They sent a replacement set that fails to enter “pairing mode” and doesn’t connect to any device that isn’t apple. So I guess I’ll send off for pair three, but get ready to give them a cool $600 every time their terrible product breaks that they’ll refund you after you receive your replacement and they receive your old device. Bonkers. When the noise cancellation works, it’s great. The transparency mode is nice when you’re not waiting ten minutes for the headset to respond, LOL. Sound quality isn’t much better or worse than other high end headsets. Which, at this price point, I really expected. Man, the sponges. The “pop off absorbent pads” that (barely) magnetically seal to inside of your pro max eat cups get dirty, fast. Buckle up for a weekly cleaning routine for them and the mesh “handle” of your device that is now unusable for 24 hours following Apples cleaning instructions, if you can find them. The support documentation in the support app for the on device instructions (to ensure I was “entering pairing mode” correctly) hasn’t been updated from the AirPod Pros, even though the title is correctly listed as the max. Which is hilariously considering they’re earbuds and the pro max doesn’t have a button on a case to reset them The device switching: I was most excited about this feature, because I transmit to different devices all day long. Video conference on the MacBook, podcast or call on the phone. Shouldn’t take too much contextual info to make the swap-but it just never works. Pop a new teams video call and you’ll need to unpair and repair the headset from the Bluetooth menu on the MacBook, then reselect from your phone when you’re done. Love explaining to my team the 30 second delay in my ability to speak or hear them every meeting. So great. My old headset (not apple) did this flawlessly at < half the price. Give this hunk of garbage a hard pass.

Buy it. Especially if you own an iPhone. Ipad. AppleTV. The features that you can utilize are amazing. I would wait until they go back on sale of $479 because over $500 is crazy. But yes, they are worth it.

Air Pods Max. these things are incredible. Soft ear cushions, catchy colors and the build is top notch. I typically get some pain after wearing over the ear headphones for long periods of time but these, despite the weight, are so pleasant for long trips. They sound impressive too.

These are the best headphones I’ve ever used. They look great, sound great and are comfortable. They are simple and intuitive. My only issue is sometimes my headphones will connect to a number of my Apple devices when I don’t want it to.

absolutely the best. blows the sony headphones away. Just wish it had a carrying case and was foldable. cant hear the subway, the people asking for money and performing on the train lol, traffic, NOTHING - just PEACE. Finally. 5 star commute

You can not go wrong if you choose to purchase the Apple Airpod Max. They are expensive, but the sound is just as good as the in ear Airpods. I bought these to give myself a break from the in ear Airpods, and I am glad I did.

The experience of listening to music just got so much better. But!! I don’t like the fact I have issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Not sure if it’s the phone or the headphones.

My granddaughter loves them. My wife and I each own them and really love the sound quality. Great for when you are flying, can't even hear the jet engines, just music.

After doing so much research on headphones and debating which way to go I finally decided to purchase these and I love them! Sound its perfect smooth and gentle! Helps ke disconevt from the outside work for a while and just focous on me with my relaxing playlists!

The only headphones that don't make my ears hot within 30 minutes of wearing it and the ANC is great. My favorite feature though is definitely the transparency mode which no other headphones can replicate. One con would be the weight but it isn't too bad when you aren't moving.

Noise cancelling is excellent. Allowing me to shut off my surroundings flawlessly. The headphones also allow me to do the opposite with its transparency mode. Which lets me hear everything around me crystal clear. Big price but it comes with amazing quality

Great headphones!! In my opinion these are the best headphones I’ve ever heard or used; they sound amazing!! Music, movies, videos all sound great. Very well made, feel solid, like true high end headphones. That said, the only minor negative is that they are a bit heavy and you will definitely feel it if you wear them for an extended period of time. Nonetheless I would still recommend them.
