love these headphones ! They do cancel out any background noises! I’ve had them for a while and they still work like they’re brand new !!

I bought the refurbished. I was able to review the product before I was able to make my purchase straight out the box. No scratches no nicks brand new high-quality product .

This item was open box but in perfect condition. It worked out great because it was a gift so I displayed it in the box and wrapped it and my daughter completely loved it.

Perfect headphones, as I athlete these are a perfect everyday use.

Overall, I think the AirPod Max are overpriced. They have a wider sound stage and the lower frequencies are more pronounced compared to the AirPod Pro's. They're easy to use - what you'd expect from any Apple product, but they're too heavy for long-term use. The AirPod Pro's are more comfortable for me and even sound better. At this price point, you won't find anything easier to use, but you will find superior audio quality from other brands.

We both love the AirPods Max. They look great and the sound quality is amazing. We were able to buy the color we wanted from Best Buy and it was ready for pick up in no time.

These headphones are great. I use them every day for work Zoom calls and personal use. The toggle between transparency and noise canceling is great, however I think my favorite feature is how easy it is to pair these headphones to both Apple and other devices rather quickly. Definitely worth the price.

Great set of headphones BUT after the warranty expires there are no feasible repair options. The only option Apple offered was "you would have to buy another pair." The pair I had wouldn't connect to any phone or device.

Absolutely amazing over audio for over the head headphones. Great for working out and for listening to audio books.

The volume for this is not that good and when I get call and answer the signal is horrible

Great product! The overall look and feel are amazing and the sound quality is excellent. My one and only complaint is that they’re a bit clunky but I knew what I was getting into when I bought them.

audio quality is superb. im no audiophile but these sound really good; crisp and clean. the materials on these are premium as well. the thing i dislike is that it needs to be in the case to be in sleep mode/charging mode, making it a little annoying. but its a great purchase and if its in a sale, i would recommend getting it!

The process of ordering apple head phones was easy and quick. And the prices was great.

The noise cancellation on these headphones is amazing. The sound quality is good but not blow you away good. If you want great sound you should spend money elsewhere but the noise cancellation is top tier.

They are good headphones. They fit around the ears well.
