I plan to return. The AirPod Max headphones have a good (not excellent, but good) sound quality. I like that they connect right out of the box without much effort. But these are heavy and thet seem to have been designed testing with mostly men. If I have my hair pulled back and bend over, the headphones fall right off my head and ears. They’re too heavy. Another dislike, I really hate the case. At this price point, how is a decent case that covers the whole headphone not included? All of that aside, the weight of the headphone and sliding off my head when picking something up make these a return.

Such a great purchase! I am very satisfied with these headphones and was even happier with how fast they were delivered! Theses are a must!

Great sound quality, charges really fast, has the feature that adjusts to the size and shape of your ear!

I’m really enjoying my EarPods Max. The only reason I won’t give it 5 stars is because moisture could get under the ear cups. I’m afraid that if you don’t take care of this problem the moisture could damage the internal radio that keeps the EarPods Max running. The sound is superb. Hope the moisture problem gets fixed. I wish the smart case had better protection.

This is a great one to have not just to listen but also to sleep. Eliminates noise

This is a state of the art air pods. They are like surround sounds that make you feel you are watching a movie in a theater.

Great crips audio, long battery life, easy to use though the controls do feel a little backwards compared to other headsets.

The sound on these are impressive. I had to return these because I could not wear them very long at work, and I could not work out in them. If you want them for casual short term listening, these are perfect.

Excellent sound and comfort. Great features that make these a game changer such as noise cancellation.

As always, Apple created these to work seamlessly in the Apple ecosystem. There isn’t anything that can compete in this area and Apple knows this, so they price accordingly. They are very comfortable and sound good, but I would have had less buyer’s remorse around ~$250
