I think they have pretty great sound quality but I wear reasonably thick glasses and I found these really uncomfortable to wear. I can't really imagine these being good with any glasses to be honest. Other than that I think they are really great.

Noise cancellation is good, but thought it would be better at killing all noises. Is heavy so if you're thinking about laying day with these on it's awkward and can hurt your head after some time.
