    These headphones are great, with a click of a button to ANC & you won't hear anythings. Awesome performance, design & quality as well as apple ecosystem.

    I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve been an Apple user all my life. I often go to Apple first when buying a new product because I appreciate the Apple ecosystem. I appreciate the clean design that Apple brings to their products into these headphones in particular. They are comfortable and I enjoy the sound quality. But the microphone is unacceptable. I can only take calls when I am alone in a quiet space. When I answered a call in public space with background noise, the microphone prioritized the background noise over the sound of my voice. So the person on the other end of the phone heard the background noise loudest, and my voice was just a whisper. That basically means that you can’t wear these headphones out in the world and be on a phone call. That makes them not very useful, honestly, especially if you are a working professional, who isn’t always situated alone in a quiet space. The return period has now passed, and I can’t return these. If I could could go back again, I would buy the Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones. The microphone is much better on those and I imagine they might even be more comfortable than these.

    Fantastic headset. Very comfortable. The sub-base on these headphones are AMAZING. These are far superior to the Sony XM4’s and are defiantly worth the price.
