    Bass levels are excellent. If you are using apple music then these headphones are at their best. But they are pricey

    Great headphones. We did have a connectivity issue with the first pair we bought. Got them replaced by Apple and no further issues. Excellent sound. Easy pairing with Apple devices.

    Not great. I think Zappos really did it’s customers a disservice with these headphones. My Bose QC35ii headphones work just as good, are lighter and less expensive. There is nothing special about the Apple headphones in my opinion.
