High quality albeit a bit too heavy for my liking...Sound quality is also very good. I am not a fan of the complex setup and features (no way to manually shut off the headphones)...I got these as a "Open Box-Excellent" but they already had been used and "Named" by a prior user who must have returned them immediately. Price is simply too high in actuality, but I will keep them anyway as I hate to return stuff once I have it.

My complaint is that for headphones that are priced the way they are people have a hard time hearing me when on the phone. They complain about hearing traffic, wind or noise in general in the background. User friendly to initially set up but have had consistent connectivity issues.
