Not worth $500

After 1 month Rt side started popping when I put the noise cancellation on without music. This popping sound hurts my right ear and I have to remove the headphones until I’m ready to turn the music on. The headphones sound great when operating like they are designed to. I sweat a lot and while working out it started making loud noises in both ear pads, like when you talk on a microphone and get to close to the speaker (loud screaming in my ears). I took them back to Best Buy and had to go through the geek squad. I have to wait 7-10 business days to get them back. I purchased them 09-23-23 and already having to take them back. What if I had not purchased the apple care plan for $69.99 plus tax? I would have been out of $500 plus. I wish I would have stuck with the beats.

Amazing headphones with average sound quality

Everything else is good expect sound quality which is lacking for this kind of price point. This sound average headphones nothing spectacular about it. ANC is great and easy to use features are great too but nothing compared to Bang & Olufsen sound. Don’t get me started about bra case it comes with as it one of the worst way to protect expensive headphones.
