Noise cancellation vertigo is real!!!

Vertigo, in a bad way, took over with noise cancellation. Not an Apple problem but I’d like to know from the “professionals” what percentage of population suffers this effect and for a “system” to be developed in order to test prior to purchase as I was not allowed to even “touch” the headphones prior to purchase. I returned the headphones for a full credit-thank you Best Buy. Thanks
