Great sound, but Apple's customer service is poor

Even though they were considerably ore expensive, I bought the AirPods (on sale) thinking I was also investing in Apple engineering and customer service. For the first few months, I was very happy with them - they look good, they're very well engineered, and they sound fantastic. However, after a few months, the battery would start to drain very quickly and they would be dead by the next morning, even in their case. And not only that, but on a full charge, they were only lasting about eight to ten hours, instead of the 20 the specs promise. This began a torturous ordeal with Apple Support, which included a trip to the Apple Store, at least a half dozen phone calls, a few online chats, and shipping them to the Apple repair depot THREE TIMES. They still have this problem. After awhile, the Apple support person assigned to my case just stopped answering my messages. I am very disappointed in Apple's support...

Ideal for the gym?
