Good build quality but headphones are sometimes low

bought these for my nephew, amazing product, noise cancellation on anoter level. 10 out of 10!!!

I’m not really sure who these are for but they weren’t for me. I’m deep into Apple’s “walled garden” but I hated these. There’s just no low end no matter what EQ you use. I will say they’re incredibly comfortable and I do like the weight but I think the other bigger issue is these don’t fold and don’t have a physical way to power them off. I’d recommend the Sony WH1000XM5’s over this.

I love them but would rather have something smaller like the pods

This device just feels wrong. It is not light weight, the ear cushion is way too large. This shows no help for comfort when wearing the headphones. Storage is weird as well. The plastic stuff provides no protection to the device and drains battery.

This headphones are good for business casual actives or regular activities. Workout with them might be a bit weird because it might fall off your head while working out

Ended up returning them. They sound good but bass could be better. Noise cancelling is insane but made my ears hurt instantly almost lol...also i looked ridiculous because theyre kinda big...and my head isnt so they just looked very big and odd on me. Overall not worth the price

Apple failed on this one. Quality is good, however, there are much more affordable options that have the same features

These are pretty great for all day use for Both longevity of battery and wearability. Rapid charging.

I ordered these over a week ago. Immediately upon delivery, they were signed for by an unknown party. I contacted BB customer support. The agent assured me they were stolen as there was no delivery picture included and a random signature. I was told a refund and/or replacement were my options. I decided to do the refund and just pick up the AirPods from a local retailer to prevent any problems again. After a week of back and forth, Best Buy is refusing any refund or helping me after already claiming responsibility and being told by multiple agents that the refund was approved and being processed. Terrible customer service from BB. Avoid at all costs and buy from a trusted seller such as Amazon or Target. AVOID BEST BUY at all costs. They offer no customer safety or reassurance. They just want your moeny.

theyre so cool also they kinda feel weird but youll get used to it
