I’m not really sure who these are for but they weren’t for me. I’m deep into Apple’s “walled garden” but I hated these. There’s just no low end no matter what EQ you use. I will say they’re incredibly comfortable and I do like the weight but I think the other bigger issue is these don’t fold and don’t have a physical way to power them off. I’d recommend the Sony WH1000XM5’s over this.

Great product. Just slightly heavier than I would prefer but the sound is awesome.

My frustration on this device is when I was watching a movie on my apple tv and any other iPhone around could disconnect it and set it up to the phone without permission. I guess is an apple fail of communication and safety.

Great sound and very comfortable, however, fairly pricey but you get what you pay for.

This headphones are good for business casual actives or regular activities. Workout with them might be a bit weird because it might fall off your head while working out

Best sounding headphones on the market. Price is the only thing you will have to overcome.

Great sound quality but they are pretty heavy and uncomfortable for extended wear.

I compared these to the Sony WH-1000XMA and while the sound on Apple's was good, Sony was far superior, to me. Also, they were not as comfortable as the Sony. I did like the ease of how they connect as I have many Apple products. But for the quality of sound, comfort and price I liked the Sony better.

I ordered these over a week ago. Immediately upon delivery, they were signed for by an unknown party. I contacted BB customer support. The agent assured me they were stolen as there was no delivery picture included and a random signature. I was told a refund and/or replacement were my options. I decided to do the refund and just pick up the AirPods from a local retailer to prevent any problems again. After a week of back and forth, Best Buy is refusing any refund or helping me after already claiming responsibility and being told by multiple agents that the refund was approved and being processed. Terrible customer service from BB. Avoid at all costs and buy from a trusted seller such as Amazon or Target. AVOID BEST BUY at all costs. They offer no customer safety or reassurance. They just want your moeny.

Too heavy on your head …wouldn’t suggest using or buying

Great build and sound. Holds charge fine over the period.

They were great and very comfortable to wear. They also charge up pretty fast

First the good - battery life is good, and connects easily to your Apple devices. Now the bad. The noise canceling is not nearly as effective as AirPod Pros. I kept thinking there was a third level after "on" that would truly shut out the world, but voices come through loud and clear no matter the setting. There is also this weird high pitch sound when you adjust them on your head. Finally, my jaw started to ache after a few hours from the way the cups were sitting on my head. All in all very disappointed and ended up returning them.

Very nice. If you’re a fan of AirPods, these are a must have. Still a bit pricey.
