Nice sound quality and ease of use in the Apple ecosystem, but not without some quirks. Didn’t sit perfectly on my head with more pressure at the top of the ear cups versus the bottom. Awkward case and no way to turn it off. Overall I think it only works for the diehard Apple enthusiast. I have high hopes for the next version.

Sound quality isn’t that great. Very light and feels cheap. I don’t care much for this product. I will stick to my AirPods Pro. Don’t believe this product is sweat resistant and meant for the gym. Feels like it will easily fall apart. Plan to return product.

Its noise cancelling is perfect. it is too heavy though. when you wear it you feel the weight.

Awesome sound, but they should make a new carrying case

I am an apple junkie but the quality over the past few years has PLUMMETED and these will most likely be my last apple purchase. I liked them well enough while they were working, they are very comfortable but it’s literally 2 months out of the year warranty and they stopped working. It’s clearly a hardware issue but they don’t care since it’s out of the warranty and it’ll cost $350 to fix. $500 headphones for 14 months of wear isn’t even close to worth it so I recommend buying other noise canceling headphones until apple stops being so delulu.

Had connectivity issues within first month - and have to seek an appt to fix/assess - bummed out to have to do that one month in :-(

I would give them 5 stars if they were not as heavy. If I look down feels like they’re going to fall off. They start to slide. Other than that the noise cancellation is amazing. The music sounds great .

This product is good inclusion to the apple ecosystem. But lack comfort, this seems heavy and hold the head tighy, which gives head ache wearing for long time.!

Love the color. They’re comfortable but a little heavy. The sound left a bit to be desired in volume, but is not the worst. I’ve had other nice brands that had similar sound quality. However, for the price you’d hope the sound was a bit more up there, and these minor inconveniences weren’t a thing. Apple can definitely work on improving the sound and hopefully make them workout friendly in the future; and maybe a little lighter but not at the expense of quality.

Sound quality 5-star. Connect-ability 2-star. They connect very easily, but the right headphone always disconnects and the headset shuts off and they have to reconnect. Not impressed. Ear pads are nice and remove easily but not sweat resistant and start to smell terrible after only a couple workouts.

Great style and sound. The fit is not as good as I hoped it would be.

My daughter loves these headphones but they are a little sung on her head.
