Headphones are really nice and work smoothly with Apple echo system.

They’re good, but they’re apple. Everything is decent about it, bought a pair of sony sound canceling headphones that are cheaper and 1000x better.

Connects with my iphone crazy fast. Superior sound quality and the noise cancellation is a great feature. Works a very long distance away from the phone as well. Answering the phone on these is really easy and the sound quality is good both ways. My only feedback would be that it needs some kind of fine tuning with the high/mid/lows. It would be nice even to adjust the bass or treble. But really good headphones.

Overpriced, too heavy and audio isn’t really that amazing for its price

I recently purchased the AirPods Max in space gray and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of these headphones. The space gray color looks sleek and modern, and the overall design of the headphones is simply stunning. One of the standout features of the AirPods Max is their sound quality. The audio is crystal clear and rich, with a wide range of frequencies that make all types of music sound amazing.

They get loose east from the headband and the sound is not as good as the beats. Very expensive for nothing. I do not recomend people to waist this much money for regular headphones

Great headphones but not for the gym. You have to clean them every 3 days or they’ll start stinking & it takes about 24 hours to fully dry and use again. Im going still where them though cause they were expensive

Got mine during the Thanksgiving sale and this APM is beyond! I owned both QC35 and QC45, and I can tell you the difference of this APM if you’re in the apple space like myself! Connectivity to usability is seamless! From iPhone to Mac to AppleTv! IMHO this is the best NCH so far in the market!! Tip, make sure to put back APM on its case when you’re not using it. (Helps on the battery consumption.)

Great sound, but start hurting my head after awhile. Wouldn’t say it’s worth the money

The worst headphones ever! Definitely Not worth the price. The sound is low quality. My daughter’s pair stopped working after a year and Apple wouldn’t honor any warranty.

Like it. The sound is crisp and concentrated. Favorite feature ia the noise cancelling.

Sound is not as loud as I would prefer. Also, when on phone calls people can hardly hear me.

Very disappointed in best buy total tech, associate that misinformed us in 2023, supervisor Esalynette that hung up on me 2025. Our total tech got cancelled by an Assoc in 2023 so it didn't renew. Until I went to purchase 2023 we reinstated 2 days later, he informed me it would cover my 2022 purchases. Until we needed repair in '25 we discovered that Assoc failed in reinstated. Total all Best Buys fault and all I want is for someone to work with me to make this alright. I am still willing to negotiate to continue using them in the future. I like Best Buy, please someone with higher authorization to make changes and will listen to me , please call.
