i like these headphones and find nothing wiring with them although i don’t think they are worth what they are retailed at and believe you could find something better for the same/cheaper price.

Sound is nothing special.its a little too big for working out. I’ve had it for a month and prefer AirPods over these

This was an open box item, we took the item to Apple to get Apple care and was told that it was a fake. Best Buy claims that the product is verified and inspected but we received a fake product. We requested a refund they told us to mail the item back we are still waiting for our refund. The representative did not offer to replace the item for us...customer service was not helpful/friendly. Be cautious when buying open box items from Best Buy it may be a fake product!!!!!!!

Amazing noise reduction/cancellation. Single press of a button makes all of the loud noise at work go away, allowing me to listen to my stuff at lower volumes and have less earaches

Best over the ear headphones. Apple went all out on these.

Whenever I wear my glasses with the Airpods Max if gives me a massive headache. In addition, the sound isn’t that great coming from my computer. It sound excellent on my iPad which is bizarre.

Large and heavy on your head. Sound was okay. Tried out a few different options. Went with something lighter.

Very low quality product. I paid 550+ and it only lasted a year and a half. It disconnected often while in use. Last week it disconnected for good and now it’s a paperweight. I was informed by apple that it will cost $299 to repair. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The Good These are quality headphones made from great materials and feel luxury all the way. If you have an iPhone these are a very solid choice in the apple lineup The Bad I feel for the price you can get a better audio experience elsewhere.

great sound not comfortable enough and very heavy airpods pro 2 are better

While some of the features of this pair or headphones stand out as some of the best on the market, including the great sound and active noise cancelling/transparency mode, this personally wasn’t very comfortable to wear. The fabric used is great, and the design is nothing to complain about, but due to my relatively larger ears, the left ear cup would just ever so slightly clip my ear while wearing it and it is a feeling that I simply cannot overlook. Switching ear cups wouldn’t remedy this problem either. If you are contemplating buying this and have somewhat large/protrusive ears, you might want to reconsider.

It was good for the first month, absolutely loved them until they started to disconnect randomly.

If you are deeply invest in the Apple eco system, these headphones are for you. For all others, you will be disappointed in their performance for this price.I really tried to keep these . However, I returned them after a few days.

I like them but they’re ridiculously expensive for what you get. Honestly if you have the AirPod Pros I would stick with those. They are pretty to look at, but Beats are $200+ cheaper and give you the same results.

I've had these repaired by Apple twice already and they're broken in a new way every time I get them back. They constantly disconnect from anything they're paired to and then require manual reconnection. None of the typical hard-reset-related troubleshooting steps that you'll find online have ever worked. For the price I paid the least I expected is that they'd perform as well as other high-end wireless headphones. But the most basic functionality - connecting to a device wirelessly, and staying connected - is a complete fail. I give two stars because during those brief intervals where it is connected to some device, the sound quality is good.

These provide very good noise cancellation, however the sound quality is inconsistent. Bass is rendered well but Mids are weak. I would only recommend these to individuals interested in supporting their Apple ecosystem and are not audiophiles.

I am heavily in the Apple ecosystem; it was only right to add these to the mix! Unfortunately they just were not for me. Too heavy and gave me constant headaches. The build quality is amazing but the case wasn’t the best for the price.

Not up to top tier recommendation. Great sound, great noise canceling, and seamless transitions on Apple devices. Downside is the fit, lack of adjusting for ear cup placement was odd to leave out. Hard to imagine a worse design error.
