I bought these in Jan 2023, now in June 2024, they are completely unusable. These headphones are nearly $600. One morning they just completely stopped working. I tried all of the recommendations to get them reset, nothing worked. Spoke with apple customer service virtually, and they were unable to help. Went into the Genius Bar and they were once again unable to help. I had to send them out for repair, being told it was likely a battery issue. Nope. There are 3 separate hardware issues that render them unusable. It is $300 to get them fixed. That is OVER HALF the cost of the headphones. Why would I pour ANOTHER several hundred dollars into these headphones? They didn't even last two years. I will be purchasing a different pair of headphones from a brand other than Apple.

They look great, noise cancellation works great, good sound quality. Not what I expected for a 500$ pair of headphones. Too heavy, when I try to run they move so much.

Not for everyone. Great if you are on the Apple platform. iPhone,iPad,MacBook. 3 stars because of the price. Should be more like $300

the noise cancellation is so good but they hurt my ears a lot:/ had to return them. good if u test them out, different for everyone!!

absolutely terrible service will never order from Best Buy again. I ordered my package as an early Christmas gift and it is now late January and I still have received absolutely nothing from them. They promised me they could refund or at the very least send a new package considering my last one wasn’t ever delivered, but they canceled it and then revoked their claim saying there’s absolutely nothing they can do if packages are not properly delivered/stolen so now I’m down $400 and was out of a Christmas gift

Not the best sound quality to be honestly ive heard quality on beats headphones and other headphones that are way cheaper

People can hear what your listening to, so you cant really turn it up too loud.

Their okay. Sometimes cut out and people says it sounds like I’m under water. Wouldn’t expect a that for something I spent 400+ on.

Not very soundproof especially for the price point. I think the regular airpod pros are better.

The product does not have any issues. Airpod works fine but it's the freebies that come with this. 3month Apple Music is actually 2 months and every time I call, I get transferred to different Indian representatives who just ask me to purchase another free 3-month Apple Music, which does not work either.

I wish it wasn’t as heavy on the head as it feels. It’s got great noise cancellation but it gave me a headache.

Decent head phones makes your ears hot when your eork out and ears pop after using noise cancelling for a while.

Ended up returning these due to the obscene weight making it impossible to use more than 30 minutes or so. The clamp force also felt too strong for my liking. And I’m sorry but over 500 dollars for a pair of headphones you can’t use consistently without getting a headache? Pass. The sound quality I also did not find fantastic by any means. The only redeeming qualities for these are their color / look is attractive and the active noise cancellation is pretty good at blocking out distractive sounds ( even if only for half an hour a day )

Headphone are too heavy, for the price I was expecting more

I really wabted to love these but they were just too heavy and uncomfortable…went back to ky airpods pro and love them

I haven’t opened them yet because I got this for my wife for Christmas so hopefully she likes it and I watched reviews on it prior to buying them so hopefully they live up to their price value.
