Great for music, just not Bose when it comes to airplane noise

DO NOT BUY THESE. Are they great when they work? Absolutely. HOWEVER, they will break within 2 years and youll contact Apple for tech support. Theyll break even though you meticulously take care of your device and it never leaves the house. At that time they will tell you its $732.92 to MAYBE fox them... no guarantee if theyll be fixed, for how long theyll be fixed, and if theyre fixed - no guarantee that you wont need to pay that to have them fixed again. For this amount of money, Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra are superior.

Sound is incredible! The negatives? Its incredibly uncomfortable to wear. I have an average sized head and wearing it for longer then 30 minutes was unbearable. They were so uncomfortable it would basically give me a toothache. Their really cute but won’t fit if you have an average sized head

The Airpod Pro 2 is equal; I expected more for more money. I suppose it is in the makeup of the headphones.

great sound, too heavy, too pricey, carrying case needs improving. returned and will wait for 2nd generation.

Quality is not worth the price. Very tinty with little bass. And others can hear everything that’s playing while on your ears. They’re heavy and when you bend down they fall off because the weight.

For a price point of $500 they’re definitely not worth the buy. They sound good not enough sound for me but Nonetheless they’re good. To me I think they should be priced at $199 max nothing about these headphones screams you should pay $499 and I’m a apple guy. I just couldn’t justify keeping them at that price.

Very comfortable and easy to set up and use. Design is good and feel like nice headphones. Sound does not get super loud but very high quality and noise cancelling is great

These things are so heavy. I wore them on a flight from CA to NY. My head and neck hurt by the time I made it half way. I had a headache cause they squeeze your head so tight. There is no give. Sound quality is great but not worth the pain!!

These were great for 2 years until they completely bricked. So expensive for such a short life span. Definitely never buying again.

Ear covers can get a little itchy. Build quality is otherwise good. Sound is decent. Not worth the price imo

I’m upset that these only had a 15 day return policy. The sound quality is amazing. However, you have to unpair and pair them to your phone just about every time you use them. I’ve actually started to loathe these headphones. 1.) Take them out of the smart case. 2.) Realize and hey aren’t working. 3.) Put them back in the smart case. 4.) Plug them in. 5.) Forget them in your Bluetooth settings. 6.) Take them out of the smart case. 7.) Pair them to your phone. 8.) Repeat as many times as needed until they actually work. Stick to the Bose headphones. I’m so happy I still have my 700s. And I did a research study with Bose - they have the ability to turn on spatial audio with head tracking via a software update. These Apple headphones are horribly annoying.

Item was purchased as new, but noticed a few imperfections on them. Looks like pin size holes, as if they were stabbed by a sharp item. I paid full price for new, I expect them to be new.

Apple totally missed the design on these. While the sound is great, they started bothering my ears after a couple hours with them on so had to return. Maybe they will improve these with the next generation but i can't recommend. Battery life also isn't that great.
