NIce headphones but not worth the price and also no way to power unit fully off

No noticeable quality difference between AirPods Pro and these Max. Button placement caused me to hang up phone calls multiple times. Build quality is typical Apple and very good. The price point for what you get though just isn’t there.

Gor the price you would think these would have anazing noise cancellation like the airpod pro earbuds. The noise cancellation isnt all to great but the sound quality is crisp and defined, and not loud like beats which I honestly prefer.

The headphones worked great when they did. But I went through two pairs of headphones with each of them having the same issue. The right side would stop working, as well as the buttons. Apple's extremely limited warranty didn't allow me to get them repaired a second time. For $500, I expect much better quality. I wore the replacement for probably ~100 hours until they broke again. Out of all the Apple products which I have owned, this has got to be the worst one.

Some features are not working . Wouldn’t recommend

The truth is that they are very good, I was impressed with the quality of the sound, the only thing I think it lacks is to be able to adjust more because when you do an exercise I already have a bench. It is uncomfortable because they fall, that would only be it.

I wanted to love these but they're too heavy and the ear phones from the noise cancelation gave me headaches and made me feel like my head swelled up to the point that the headband was hurting my head.

Sound awesome when they worked exchanged for a over the ear beats

Headphones are having problems connecting to apple devices and apple care has not been helpful with solving the issue.

These are the best sounding and offer awesome noise canceling, they can be a little heavy if you aren’t used to wearing headphones.

Slip off when you are doing activities that involve a lot of moment. Does not compare to other headphone brands when it comes to how loud they are.

Was only able to use these for a week before one side of them didn’t produce any sound so now I have to turn them in to get repaired which is a bummer. I tried over 20 times to reset it and nothing has helped fix the issue with the sound.

Owned these for 3 weeks and already having several issues. 1) They keep disconnecting & reconnecting randomly. 2) Any sudden head movement and the right ear stops working and only the left ear plays. 3) ANC randomly cycles through all 3 modes on its on. 4) Battery drains significantly fast I’ve did 3 factory resets and it hasn’t fixed anything. I made an Apple Genius Bar appointment. This is ridiculous especially for this price point and only owning them for barely 3 weeks.

Sounded great but was too small for my head. Ear cups sat on my ear lobes and whenever I turned my head I got a lot of sound leakage which was especially bad when using noise cancellation

Really love the quality of the headphones. I just wish they had a more secure case for it, which I ended up purchasing separately.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing an item from a store.. I ordered this product online and was told it would be delivered the next day.. once the next day comes the “ shipt” delivery person decided to not even attempt to deliver and mark the item down for a refund I did not request which is now holding $479.99!of my money hostage for up to “ 20 business days” THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! And ruined my Christmas due to pure incompetence!!!

Eh just not worth it. Sound quality is good not mind blowing.

Great color, sound and quality. The price was the lowest I found anywhere. The noice cancellation and transparency mode is great.
