Horrible Best Buy customer service

Then when I drove an hour to go pick it up they said it had already been sold to another customer.

Expensive

But the sound is great and active noise cancelling is fantastic. I would wait for a V2 of these bad boys I’m sure is coming soon.

Go Sony Instead

Of course apple doesn't have a solution to fix the issue, except to swap for a new one for $350. For $550 + tax you'd think they'd last. Go Sony instead quality and noise cancel is the same.
