Best Headphones I ever owned, automatically connect to your apple devices, and the noise canceling is amazing

As any other apple product, they are expensive but always work as expected. Love the npise canceling function

Best Buy’s delivery service delivered ro the wrong house. Delivery service actually sent a picture of wrong house . Called Best Buy immediately - and have been arguing for my money back for 2 weeks - they refuse a refund for the reason “ delivered successfully” even though proof it wasn’t right address ! Ridiculous! Beware!’!!! Best Buy does NOT care about customers! I will never buy from them again

Even with the pricetag it is so worth it. I went the bathroom with headphones and didn’t even hear the flush

They look really sleek but they didn’t work. They would randomly lose connection and just not connect…and then not charge either. A very over priced and flawed product.

Really tried to love these, especially since I was able to get them on sale. Unfortunately I was just not impressed with the sound. They also were quite heavy and painful when wearing with glasses. The other issue I had wifh these headphones is they constantly have to be charging.

I recommend these to everyone!! I have Beats by Dre and these are better!!! Trust you won’t be disappointed

10x better than any headphones i ever had. Very comfortable and it isnt tight on head. Love them very much.

A lot of positives a lot of disappointments. I wouldn’t buy at 550 bucks anywhere around 300-400. It’s a catch.

Apple, not pear. Just Friut. An apple a day, will get you into the ER. Bears, beats, Battlestar Galactica.

Overpriced. Everywhwre I go worh them, people will state at you. They are ugly. They never connect properly with most non apple devices.

I got this AirPods from Best Buy barely six month ago and suddenly it stop charging only to take it to Apple Store and discover that I have to pay $300 for fixing some hardware issues

I really enjoyed these headphones but i would get headaches after about 45 min of use due to how tight the band was. Had to return them after a week.

Great headphones with awesome sound quality and features. Except for the hand-off feature that works randomly and brainlessly, jumping from one device to another without my interaction or will.

Very Heavy and a little itchy, they also kept wanting to fall off my head while working out. Other than that great sound. I don't think its worth the price.

Definitely was not worth the $500 price tag. Should just stick to the airpod pro's. And if you need some headphones get some beats or Skullcandy. Battery lasts a long time though.

The airpods max are well made and sound good but definitely overpriced. Would have loved for a hard shell carrying case and also the headphones dont seem to get as loud as other headphones.

These were a gift. The receiver thought they were outstanding. Super comfortable, quiet, great sound.
