But the documentation of how to connect them to a phone or a iMax when they are co-located is non-existent. Therefore the actual how to do it is impiracal.

They get super filthy, and some Best buys will not let you return them. So be super mindful when buying in these. Make sure Best buy honors their agreement.

Shoddy Reliability with 0 ownership from Apple

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using my AirPods Max for just a bit over 1 year and when they were functional, they were great. Are there better sounding headphones out there? Absolutely but for the Apple ecosystem their seamless transitions and connections are great. My issue though is after 1 year of light use, the automatic head detection feature has failed and there is no way to reliably connect the headphones to any product. After 1 year, this type of failure is a joke and Apple refuses to assist in any way;their solution is to recommend I purchased Apple care at purchase (so add 60 bucks to these already market lagging price) or pay 300 to possibly get them repaired. Absolutely a joke that these headphones have this kind of failure rate (look online as there are thousands of instances of this) and unfortunately, I’ll be looking at alternatives this next go around. Apple had a long way to go before these truly reach the elite status of their other products.
