Maybe a bad purchase

Also doesnt recognize every bluetooth device its annoying how it connects and disconnects during workouts. The ear to ear be off one be lounder then the other side.

Known issue about the sound quality

When I make a call, they cannot hear me on the other end. I took them into Apple, and it’s a known issue that they have to send in to repair. Why repair a brand new product? Why not replace them? Would not recommend buying them.

Poor Sound Quality

The Bluetooth feature was very strong but they headphones were bulky and did not stay on my head. The sound quality was not good.
