Horrible Open Box and Purchase Process.

Had to rest twice as they reflected the wrong battery percentage. They were open box purchase. Note buying experience was bad also as I have zero balance with Best Buy and had one for several years and they could not find my account. Question now is can I return them after 3 weeks.

Only buy new!

I bought them open box and they were still linked to the previous owners Apple ID. There’s no way to unlink the ID without that person doing it themselves. I had to return them.

Overpriced garbage

They won’t connect to my phone, they won’t even factory reset. Don’t bother contacting apple support, because they’re not helpful either. Absolute trash, I wish I never bought these.
