The AirPods Max are probably the best headphones I've used, but unfortunately they break for seemingly no reason, and Apple is facing a lawsuit due to the design of the headphones causing condensation to build up inside the headphones. Mine failed completely outside of warranty -- I hoped it was just due to the battery not charging, but during a Genius Bar appointment they told me that the only option would be to purchase a new pair, or to pay $299 (plus tax)! to attempt to repair them -- they wouldn't even replace them for that fee, they will only charge that fee upfront to send them to attempt a repair... and if they can't repair for whatever reason (they couldn't tell me why that would happen or the chances that could happen) then I'm out ~$325 and would still have to buy a new set. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous especially for Apple. I *strongly* suggest choosing a competing product instead.

Very comfortable and the sound is great. They aren't too heavy or bulky as opposed to most headphones.

It is a great product it's loud bought for my daughter she loved it but the delivery suck was stolen by the delivery driver at roadie then went through h3ll to get it replaced through best buy

Great sound quality and fit. A little heavier than some comparable models. Ridiculously easy to connect to multiple Apple devices and change back and forth.
