Bought for my daughter, but I did compare to my Sony WH-1000XM5 out of curiosity. These AirPod Max’s are a bit brighter and the sound stage feels more open. The AirPods sound very nice overall but lack some punch in the bass department.

Overall sound quality is fantastic. Transparency mode is mind-blowing! So worth the money!

I really liked the the airpods max. They are a great quality, geat sound and awesome color. They kind of pricey, but it is a grat product. The only down side is that they are kind of heavy, I was surprised with the weight.

I love the sound quality and how comfortable they are. This is my third pair. I own the black and blue pair. Had to get the silver for days I’m wearing white. Great purchase. Highly recommended.

Great quality and sound. They fit very nice and are comfortable to wear all day long.

They are in the heavy side. Definitely worth the buy but after awhile it gets too heavy and i see myself setting them down. Other then that battery life is great, very durable but i wouldnt take them out in the rain

I’ve always owned expensive pairs of headphones, and sound systems as even those image brings a lot to the table sound does aswell and sometimes people neglect that, that being said it’s unreal how good these sound…I bought them out of curiosity because of how good people talked about them and I was just blown away, I have the cloud orbit s on my pc wired, which has the same planar magnetic drivers as the audeze mobius and the penrose and to my ears these sound better….they have mostly the same tech as Apple has spacial audio and the cloud orbit x has 3D audio aswell, and I just prefer the Apple ones, the sound signature, the build quality, the ease of use, these are definitely worth the money
