Very fragile

Wasn’t sure what to expect because my Best Buy store ALWAYS has broken displays and the managers are horrible. No upkeep of the store. These have a lot of bugs and are fragile. They are not water resistant in any way, shape, or form. However, connectivity and sound quality make them worth the price point.

Best Buy for the Win

I did a pick up order and the worker was so nice and greeted me upon arrival. It took less than 5 minutes for them to come out with my product and even gave me a bag when I asked for one. They were so nice and I would order from Best Buy again.
