Had trouble adding AppleCare in store but otp customer service had no problem resolving it.

Don’t Buy Airpod Max Headphones

As of this evening, my pair is completely bricked. They wont connect to any device I own. These are some of the most expensive headphones a person can buy. One should expect more than two good years out of these, but the Apple way is to overcharge and underdeliver. I miss 2000s Apple. They were an actual design company..

Insufficient amount of bass.

Despite its popularity among others, I am a devoted fan of the Dr. Dre Beats brand and therefore require a more substantial bass experience when listening to music. Considering the significant amount of money I invested in this purchase, I must admit that it falls short of meeting my expectations. Consequently, I have decided to return the product.
