Well this is an amazing experience… Expensive but you feel the difference

I brought these as an open box and I’m very disappointed. 1st- I ordered them online with same day pick up, when I arrived to Best Buy the manager said he can’t release them, because the actual order didn’t come through the system. I literally was looking at the box, but had to wait until the next day to get them. Huge waste of my time & not to mention gas. 2nd- I brought a excellent condition open box, why on God’s Green earth would someone else be able to track my location? This message pops up constantly, I’ve reset them multiple times only to get the same message seconds later. This message is now popping up on my husband phone, saying the prior owner is tracking our location. I’m so mad with all the inconveniences with open box. During Christmas I brought an open box PlayStation 5 and the actual game code was missing, so guess who child cried on Christmas Day? Smdh!

Best over the ear head phone I purchase. A must buy, if the price is not a issue.

High quality construction, but the sound skips constantly. Not really a great headset.

[Employee of bestbuy] I usually wear over the ear Beats Studio3s, they were stolen and I decided to try these. I have had these for a few months and the sound quality is okay. Even with noise cancelling on, I can hear others around me typing at work, chatting, etc. which is disappointing. I have a bigger head, and these are uncomfortable after an hour or so. Forget eating with them on, they press into your temples as you chew and cause headaches. Giving them 2 starts because I do use them frequently and have liked the connectivity, but they are painful and not as high tech as I would have expected for this price point.

I really love how it works and how nice it looks. Can't wear it while working out though.

I bought two of these as gifts via open box from BB, and I did not realize that the “Excellent” but not “Excellent - Certified” most likely means that they will be tied to someone else’s AppleID. I had to connect to both in order to confirm that they were tied to another AppleID, thus giving my location to two people I do not know. Indeed, they were, which was unfortunate, as I would have just bought new ones instead of Open Box, which made for a disappointing gift m. Though a Total Tech Member, BB wasn’t all that helpful in getting new ones ordered. As for the headphones, they will work even if tied to another AppleID, and they are amazing. The noise cancelling function was the best I’ve ever heard. Glad I ordered new ones that will be tied to my own Apple ID.

I've owned these headphones for over a year and had them fail 3 times. I sent my headphones in for repair nearly 3 weeks ago and they've been sitting in the repair depot collecting dust because Apple can't even manage to keep their repair parts in stock and they refuse to send me a replacement. I hate to make this review because when it works it's truly my favorite noise cancelling headphone but I cannot recommend these until they iron out these issues.
