Perfect for the daily routine and the gym I love it

There are an abundance of reviews on the AirPods Max, so in this review I do not go through the usual attributes, but rather focus on specific items/issues. Hope this helps. When you (a prospective buyer) are here, it’s likely that you have already done your research, and that you are set to buy it but might have some reservations. Yes, the aesthetic, sound, functionality, and build quality are awesome. Phone call quality is phenomenal. Just deal with the case or buy another one from a 3rd party. Let me address certain issues that many of us might have concerns: 1) Battery drain. Yes, it was an issue. The root cause appears to be the old firmware which causes the APX not to be (or at least consistently) in sleep mode when placed in the case and likely connected via Bluetooth or constantly trying to look for connected device(s). After the firmware update, the issue was reasonably resolved — please do not expect it to not lose less than 3% over a span of 12 hours. 2) Connectivity issue. In an ideal situation, when an APX is taken out of the case and put on one’s head, there are a visual indicator and subsequently an audible indicator that the APX is connected to a mobile device (e.g., an iPhone). Indeed, the sound is output to the APX from the mobile device’s source. However, at times, the sound indicator is present, with or without the visual indicator, and the APX is not connected to the mobile device. I have to manually connect the APX. After multiple resets, this issue appears to be mitigated, and only happens once awhile. 3) Weight & moisture/heat. After wearing for an extended period of time, there’s moisture and heat built up over the ears, probably due to the mesh material. For me, neither the weight nor the built-up moister/heat is a contributing factor in causing unbearable discomfort. In deed it’s very comfortable to wear. To some, I could see that the built-up moister/heat could cause discomfort. A brief removal of the APX could likely help mitigate the moisture/heat issue. 4) Observation—automatic music resumes. With the auto head detection’s being turned on, when the APX is taken off/removed, music pauses and will resumes upon sensing that the APX is put back on your head over the ears. However, I observed that the music is paused and can be automatically resumed only if the APX is removed no longer than 15 seconds. If there are more than 15 seconds, resume functionality needs to be manually activated. In brief, it’s a great wireless headphone at its price range with a few nuisances that not only can be mitigated, but are substantially outweighed by the positive attributes.

I tried several pairs of premium headphones before I finally settled on the AirPods Max, which I've now owned for about seven months. I use them with my iPhone, iPad, and Windows laptop, and they blow all of the other options I tried out of the water. Sound quality, comfort, noise cancellation, etc.-- leagues beyond the competition. Although they are expensive, they are, without a doubt, my single favorite purchase of anything ever. After wearing them several hours a day every day for the last seven months, I have experienced two cons. First, they're significantly heavier than competitive headphones, resulting in the band pressing uncomfortably into my head after a while. If you experience this, I've found that removing them for all of twenty seconds eliminates the issue, making them feel as comfortable as ever. Second, the ear cups have begun to smell as a result of, you know, direct contact with a bodily orifice for extended periods of time. I have not experienced this with other headphones, even the pair that I had for several years. However, I eliminated the smell with the same spray I use for my running shoes, and there's no damage. In all other ways, I have experienced no discomfort, damage, or other downside. I would highly recommend this purchase.

Absolutely love these headphones. The best part is the build quality. The ear-pieces pop off magnetically and are replaceable. The mesh top and ears reduce sweating. I sweat like crazy on my old Sony headphones. The sound is great, and I love the wheel and button on the side. Only complaint is that sometimes when I switch from bluetooth to wired, I have to hold both buttons down to reset in order for wired to work. But this only happens rarely (every couple months). Battery life could be a bit better, but is totally acceptable.

I love the noise cancellation on them. Took them to Mexican party and if you know how loud the music can be with a live band. The headphones worked great, pretty good investment.

When people say the sound quality of these headphones are good, it's true. I love the ease of use and connectivity which makes it hassle-free. The noise cancelling mode does its job and makes for the perfect accessory when travelling or studying. There are a lot of different modes which is great for customizing to your wants and needs. They're super comfortable too and can be worn literally all day without any discomfort. Only complaint I have is that they feel a bit heavy and ride down my forehead when I do tedious activities but other than that, I don't have any problems with it! However, they are a bit pricey and there are other headphones worth taking a look at when it comes to price.

Love my head phones. I got the silver color and I buy different color silicone covers off of Amazon. Best choice ever! They’re great and aesthetically pleasing!!

I shifted to these for my daily work calls because the in ear ones were giving me a headache. They’re amazing quality, light on the head and easy yo wear with my glasses.

I really like them, the sound quality is amazing and the noise canceling is so nice. I will say, they do have heart so wearing them for a while can get uncomfortable, but they feel really durable.

I use these EVERY day. And surprisingly, the silver pair aren’t hard to clean! I love how the fabric cushion detaches from the headphones- and I use a drop of clear, liquid laundry detergent and water to clean them like once a month (I get makeup stains). I WFH and wear these for hours on end- no other headphones last that long on my head without pain and headaches! I do not know what I would do without them!

These are fantastic headphones. Quite mode is really quiet. Quality of the sound is astonishing… best out there. Quality of the build is top notch. The case is a throw away…but there are other cases you can buy that are great. In short, this is a product that will make you feel special. A cut above. Worth every penny.

I really like the blue color. I don’t enjoy having anything in my ears so these are perfect. I wear them to clean my house and walking. They are super comfortable.

Got for my daughter for Christmas!!! She loves them !!!!! Says the noise cancelling is amazing! And I can’t hear anything coming from them when she’s wearing them.

Some of my Favorite Headphones. Only issue comes if you are going to be using the product for more moving stuff I have noticed they tend to wobble on my head. idk if its cause of the size of my head but other than that they are awesome. After each use, you have to put them back into the case to make sure they turn off. I had kept mine off for a bit and sometimes the bluetooth is a bit iffy. Might be the sensor but I'm not sure. Sound quality is amazing, really feels like the music/video is right in front of you.
