Ran out of headphones and made the investment of buying these. I believe it was worth it even though they are on the more expensive side. Really nice quality as well.

The price of these headphones made me put off buying them for a long time but the overall sound quality of these headphones are excellent. The transition between the noisecancelling is practically seamless. 10/10 Recommend

Great noise cancellation, they are comfortable to wear, don’t hurt your head, and are very aesthetic.

Everything about them is great. I especially like the noise cancelation. I ride the bus and trolley and can be in my "own little world" with my music.

Amazing audio quality, pass-through sound, and noise cancelling. I have tried all the major high end wireless headphones, and found this to be the most enjoyable. The Sony XM5 is lighter, the Bose may beat it out on comfort and noise cancelling, but the AirPods Max works seamlessly between all Apple devices, is built very well, and has the absolute best sound quality and balance. It's like a new world when paired with quality lossless audio.

Sound quality and noise canceling are excellent. As others have mentioned, the headphones are just too heavy. I was getting pressure headaches from the band. I REALLY did not want to return, but they just were not comfortable.

These are the best set of headphones I’ve owned. The noise cancellation these bad boys offer is insane, and they fit super comfortably. They may be a bit bulky/weighty to carry around when not in use, but once they’re on your head and being used, they’re super comfortable. I also have the AirPod Pro earbuds, and still use them from time to time. I’ve also owned a couple pairs of Beats Solos, and the AirPod Pro Max still take the cake.

Amazing headphones, bestbuy also did a price match at the time of purchase with the cheapest brand new ones I could find online. They work perfectly and was very strong and reliable.

This is my second set of Apple AirPods Max purchased from Best Buy that was open box and they are always in excellent condition. As always Best Buy and and Apple products are excellent.

Top quality nice sound light weight pretty color. Very expensive but worth every dollar spent.

Purchased for international travel. The build quality is great and the sound silencing feature is amazing. I can block out plane noise, people around me at the beach and the kids. live it.

Not really pleased with this product. It stopped working. Wouldn’t stay paired or powered on. It was still under the year warranty. We sent it in to be repaired or replaced. Apple sent it back saying that they didn’t find anything wrong with it which I find hard to believe because we exhausted all trouble shooting steps. When they sent it back it was surprisingly working just fine. After 3 months it stopped working again with the same issue. By this time the warranty needed and we were told it would cost the same amount as new headphones to get them repaired. These headphones are not worth the price
