The buy process was so simple and the product is terrific. I did a pick up order and the worker was so nice and greeted me upon arrival. It took less than 5 minutes for them to come out with my product and even gave me a bag when I asked for one. They were so nice and I would order from Best Buy again.

Highly recommended if you’re looking to space out and just relax while listening to music. Noise cancellation works really well.

Love the noise canceling! Definitely recommend especially if you have sensory overload and need to block sounds out in certain places.

I am not disappointed at all, the pairing experience is seamless out of the box with my iPhone/Ipad, and the sound quality is excellent. Noise cancellation is very good for Teams calls, perfectly eliminating any engine noise or humming, and heavily muffling sounds. It clearly does a better job at eliminating the low end, as most leaking noise is more higher-pitched.

These were a gift for my daughter, she loves them. Unfortunately we did have to go to Apple because she had an issue with connectivity after a few months. However they got us together.

Amazing sound! I was skeptical after seeing the price, but the calmness I feel when I turn on the noise canceling feature is worth every penny.

These are probably the most amazing headphones I’ve ever owned. Noise cancelation and sound are perfect.

At first I was comparing the sound vs the HomePod and was wanting that deep bass that the speaker delivers. But! After many hours of listening I started to really enjoy the more controlled bass and overall balance in music. I gotta say, I was blown away when listening to Slaughter to Prevail and that really got me to appreciating the sound. I then dived into the Dolby Atmos atmosphere and spatial audio and I knew I was in for a ride. In conclusion: I love these headphones. They are comfortable, stylish, and provide amazing audio.

Every time I use these, I know I am in for a treat. Why? I feel I have the surround system from the movie theatre

I feel like there is a lot of hate on this product because of cost, but in the vast array of headphones out there for both luxury and professional use these do not fall under the ridiculous expensive. Once you understand that you'll realize how truly great these headphones are, with the solid construction you expect from any apple product to the smooth adjustability and comfort not to forget the great sound quality and well balanced EQ, these are now my go to day to day over ear headphones and will probably remain as such for a long time to come.

The Airpod max's are great headphones. They are sturdy, and well built. The sound quality and noise cancellation are top tier. My only complaint is that the case doesn't provide any sort of protection.

These headphones work well on any device, and can even be plugged into headphone jacks with an adapter (not included, unfortunately). I got the green pair, and they look great. The headphones produce a nice crisp sound and noise cancelation is better than the AirPods Max as well. If you can get this on sale, it’s a pretty good pair of headphones. They’re on the pricey side, so I wish they came with a more protective case, but they pair really well with Apple Devices. They are also compatible with Spatial Audio for tv shows/movies/Apple Music.

Love them. I like that they automatically will sync to all of my Apple devices as soon as I out then up to my ears.

Great when it works but sometimes it's a little buggy, like connecting issues when you slide it down real quick. I also don't like how there's no on/off switch.

Great for planes, but hard to find the right converters for planes. Great immersive sound and noise cancellation. However, I wouldn’t but then again because my AirPod Pro’s are so similar and way less cumbersome
