Idk what’s up with that. During mid play, just goes off..otherwise I love the NC. I can go two days w/o a charge and that’s with listening to heavy music for hours. I love the way they feel as well. Sound is vibes.

Also the transparency mode was incredible. The BIG downside is the headphones won't connect to bluetooth anymore only after 8 months of use. Right after warranty ended too.

If you want a headphone that sounds very natural and very crisp, then you will want these. The clarity is amazing , The bass is so clean and smooth. Very comfortable to wear for hours.

I upgraded from my Sony WH-1000XM2 and I do not regret it one bit at all. The build quality isn't like the cheap plastic found on almost all other headsets out there. The aluminum earcups and the steel band make it totally worth the premium price. Must-have for anyone with an iPhone and looking for a top-notch wireless noise-cancelling headset!

I can now mow the lawn & actually hear the songs lyrics. I won’t have to worry about my earphones dropping on the ground and getting torn up. I absolutely love the noise canceling feature, it drowns out the copier noise quite well as I sit directly next to a busy work copier.
