Very good fit, sound quality is better than beats, and great for active people. I use them in the gym everyday and never have a problem with slipping or disconnecting.

They are very cute, but do fall off easily. The noise canceling is great. People have issues hearing me properly when I answer calls with them.

Sound quality is excellent. Crisp and clean audio not heavy on bass, they spatial audio while watching movies and shows is magnificent. Build quality is awesome very high end materials. Charging is quick and battery life is very good. Case should be better but there are several affordable 3rd party cases available.

If airpods aren’t for you…. This should be your replacement! These headphones cancel out excess noise so you can truly be in the moment all while listening to your favorite song! Comfort, high quality, and phenomenal sound! Package deal!

These headphones are outstanding in both sound and build quality. The soft cushioned ear pads provide exceptional comfort, preventing any discomfort during or after use.

Loved these headphones as they had everything I look for in a good pair of headphones. Such as, awesome sound quality for both movies and music, noise cancellation, quick pairing and disconnecting, awesome design, and works seamlessly with my iphone.

I absolutely love my AirPods Max, but for these to be $600 it would be nice if they were water resistant. Any kind of liquid would ruin them and without Apple care it would be over $330 to fix. I suggest you get apple care. You’ll love these if you’re an Apple lover, but if you’re just on the market for headphones you can find a pair over $500 cheaper. If these were $250-$300 I would give them 5 stars.

They’re excellent headphones, noise cancelling is some of the best I’ve used and the transparency mode is great as well, they feel very high quality and sound good but I bought some Sony headphones for under half the price and I use them so much more because of the comfort level and for the price i don’t think they are realistically worth it

Build quality is incredible, the sound profile is very balanced and high end. They're on the heavy side, but I've gotten used to it. These have been the perfect home office headphones for work, music, and Zoom meetings. Although they're incredible, they have the Apple mark up on them and probably aren't worth the MSRP.

The sound quality of the product is very good. However, it felt a little heavy and uncomfortable for me during long use. Best Buy provided great service throughout the whole process. thanks

This is definitely a premium audio experience (not audiophile, premium) for the users who have a lot of Apple products or are used to how the Apple ecosystem works. The sound quality is good enough that it will impress most people, and the seemless connection between Apple products makes it a better option than most other headphones in this price range. Also the proprietary spacial audio technology that Apple uses, combined with the effective active noise cancellation (ANC) makes watching movies in a noisy environment a special experience. The head tracking truly makes it sound like you are watching a movie in front of a Dolby Atmos entertainment system in a theater. As for the drawbacks, the usual stuff that everyone talks about. The case is not great. I am not alone in wanting a way to fully switch off the headset. But is okay to live with until the second generation comes out to address this issue. Also along those lines, I would like a way to see the battery percentage without putting them on and checking my device. Those two things arent a huge deal if you are going to leave them plugged into a lightning connector most of the time they aren't being used, but for someone who travels a lot and is dependent on battery availability, I could imagine it would get quite annoying. If you aren't switching between Apple devices all the time, or want to save money, then you would probably be better off with the competition from Sony or Bose.

I tried all the top noise cancelling headphones and found the Airpods Max to be the most comfortable. I like the fabric lining rather than the faux leather on other brands. Music is excellent and the noise cancelling outstanding (and convenient with my iphone). I bought them primarily for the noise cancelling for air travel and they have been great.

The sound quality is top of the line. I have tried multiple sony headphomes but the Airpods max blows them out of the water. The transparentcy mode is also a highlight for me, it soumds very realistic.
