I'm a little frustrated because I asked the sales associate if I would be able to take them to Apple to get personalized and that wasn't the case at all. They can only be personalized at Apple if they are purchased at Apple. They should not give false information to customers.

I use them everyday when I’m working on my laptop. They aren’t sweat proof so I don’t use them to workout but that’s not what I wanted them for I wanted them for lounging.
