    I find myself rather dissatisfied with the sound quality of this particular product, as it lacks the sufficient amount of bass that I personally desire. Despite its popularity among others, I am a devoted fan of the Dr. Dre Beats brand and therefore require a more substantial bass experience when listening to music. Considering the significant amount of money I invested in this purchase, I must admit that it falls short of meeting my expectations. Consequently, I have decided to return the product.

    Headphones were about as new as they get without being straight from the factory. Had trouble adding AppleCare in store but otp customer service had no problem resolving it.
