Love them. The sound is amazing. They are a little pricey but don’t let that stop you from getting them.

They are a little bit bulky, but the sound quality and noise cancellation are well worth it.

Honestly, a little underwhelmed. The AirPods Pro 2 give better sound quality for cheaper price. These were very expensive and do not provide amazing sound. They are decent but really subpar. I’d recomend AirPods Pro 2 over this

The Apple AirPods Max are the best sounding consumer headphones, but they are not the best overall headphones. The average person would love the sound, but they’re not perfect balanced/audiophile headphones. They got several great features, but are missing some, especially for non-Apple products. As an iPhone and iPad user who loves music/sound and does some light traveling, I really like the AirPods Max, but I don’t love them, yet. They are still just too expensive. Their value is not worth their current MSRP. I have returned this item, but will re-buy them again once their price meets their actual value.

It’s very nice but quite heavy.. so if you wanna spend money then go ahead! Esthetically it’s very nice to look at!

My kid is obsessed! She even goes to the bathroom with it, not sure if she showers with ten on her head but I believe she will do it is if they are waterproof!

Failed to connect to blue tooth. Sent to Apple for repair under warranty. They replaced it and now it's not connecting again. My Bose did not have this problem.

I bought two of these as gifts via open box from BB, and I did not realize that the “Excellent” but not “Excellent - Certified” most likely means that they will be tied to someone else’s AppleID. I had to connect to both in order to confirm that they were tied to another AppleID, thus giving my location to two people I do not know. Indeed, they were, which was unfortunate, as I would have just bought new ones instead of Open Box, which made for a disappointing gift m. Though a Total Tech Member, BB wasn’t all that helpful in getting new ones ordered. As for the headphones, they will work even if tied to another AppleID, and they are amazing. The noise cancelling function was the best I’ve ever heard. Glad I ordered new ones that will be tied to my own Apple ID.

Great sound amazing build quality terrible price tag very easy to use and set up best noise cancellation and transparency out of all my headphones which is pretty much all of them

If want superior noise canceling with great sound this product is for you highly recommended

These headphones are so comfortable the magnetic air muff makes it easy to switch. They pair seamlessly from my phone to my iPad to my MacBook Air while using them to watch movies from the Apple TV. Sounds like I’m in the movie theater. The sparital sound is awesome.
