The audio on these is amazing! Everything sounds detailed and balanced. The noise cancellation is great for flights, and they’re surprisingly comfortable even for long listening.

I am writing a Review for an LG TV that I bought with Juan Alvarez, at the Riverside CA location on Tyler Street. He is the sole reason why I left with an LG TV 77’. He went above and beyond his status quo to ensure my full consumer satisfaction. To say he did exceptional is an understatement. His LG knowledge, attitude, and charisma is next level, and Best Buy is lucky to have such a capable employee there. To experience such a phenomenal consumer experience is refreshing. Love em high quality iPods in my experience just missing a littler bass like the beat but everything else great, comfortable high quality made ma littler downsize is the price.

To be honest, when I first started using these I thought that I had made a huge mistake by buying them. They sounded way below average… after doing a little research I began to play with some settings on my iPhone and realized that I was way off on a lot of audio settings. After adjusting some audio settings in the accessibility settings and then turning on spatial audio I can say with complete confidence that these are the best headphones that I’ve ever listened with. The headphones are heavy but it doesn’t not translate while wearing, the headband design does an excellent job distributing the weight to a level where you don’t notice it. You know, it took two days but these went from a horrible purchase to the best headphones that I’ve ever owned.

Excellent item great product but little expensive good quality

They feel soft and the sound is just perfect because you change it to different ways even to the point where you can put noise cancelation from any noise so your music will sound even better without any interruptions. Not to mention another thing I really loved was that I’m able to removed and replace the ear pads .

These sound really good and work well with the Apple ecosystem. The price is quite high but these blew away the Sony100xm4’s. No comparison. If you can afford and have apple stuff go with these. Make sure you price shop and take advantage of Best Buy price match. The headphones are HEAVY and get uncomfortable after extended listening sessions. But these are best in class for quality.

Really enjoy these headphones, If you’re like me and use them for the gym I highly suggest getting a silicone case for them just to make it easier to clean. Other than that it has really great sound quality and I love the Noise cancellation feature!

Best headset in entire market. The connectivity to other apple products is seamless. I wouldn’t recommend buying it at full price but its usually on sale.

Very nice headphones, comfortable to wear, great sound. Just didn’t think it was enough to justify the large price tag. But oh well, it’s an Apple product, right? And it fits better than the Beats headphones.

The headphones are very comfortable with replaceable Earcups and the battery life is perfect for day to day activities

They are cute and comfortable and audio is great. I wish the headband didn’t slide so much though. I’m constantly having to “tighten” them back up, which ends up being just pushing the headphones into the headband - there’s no way to lock your band in place. It’s not a huge deal but if you plan on doing lots of movement with them on, you’ll have to continue adjust. Other than that, I love them.

These are amazing my wife loves how great they work compared to the normal air pods. The service at busy buy when I had come into purchase these was absolutely fantastic. Bought for my daughter, but I did compare to my Sony WH-1000XM5 out of curiosity. These AirPod Max’s are a bit brighter and the sound stage feels more open. The AirPods sound very nice overall but lack some punch in the bass department.

Best headphones I have used however there is a problem where condensation can build up behind the cups on the aluminum but you can get around that by wiping them off after each use and storing them with silica gel packets.
