I got one, open box and it was practically brand new. You probably couldn’t tell the difference. Sound quality is solid but it sometimes fall off my head due to the material of the earmuffs being smooth

Great sound, comfortable Easy to carry, compact!!

The sound is good and they feel fine to wear. They’re not good when running or doing anything intense but fine for walking or working out. After a while I’ve noticed the battery life getting worse but that’s natural for any device

I’ve had these headphones for a few months now, utilizing them daily during gym sessions and within my residence. The sound quality they deliver is truly exceptional, and I particularly appreciate the noise cancellation feature, which proves highly beneficial while mowing the lawn or blocking out distractions at the gym. I would like to suggest acquiring an additional set of ear cups if you intend to use them at the gym, ensuring one pair remains dedicated to gym use and the other for non-sweat-inducing activities. Nevertheless, whether for gym or general use, I highly recommend these headphones. They deserve a perfect score of 10/10 in terms of build quality and sound.

I’ve pretty much every apple product over the years and the most used product has been the airpods. Wanted to try out the airpods max for over an year and finally pulled the trigger on it this thanks giving. Great deal and worth the money. Only concern is that the noice cancellation on my pro work better than this. But the audio delivery is AMAZING on the Max!

It's Apple. They always come through with amazing products. Love the surround sound you get and the fit is very comfortable.

Nice comfortable head bad, earcups are big and fit well. But the best thing about airpods max is the transparency mode, its best in the class and the best available in the market by some distance.
