These things are awesome. I was undecided on getting these or the Bose NC700. I ended up getting the Bose based on price and other reviews. They were great but I just didn’t feel they tied in well with my Apple devices. The sound was great and the noise cancellation was good. I didn’t feel like the were comfortable on my ears, but that may be just because I have big ears. I also didn’t like the Bose transparency mode. You couldn’t play music and listen to the surroundings. I purchased these just to compare and I was very curious. The first thing is the look and build quality. They are beautiful headphones and they are VERY well built (not all plastic). They were more comfortable around my ears because they have a lot of room and the cushion is sooo much softer. It made it more comfortable especially since I wear glasses. The sound to me is better than the Bose and the noise cancellation is better as well. Transparency mode is exactly what I wanted on the AirPods max. They work very well with all of my devices of course because it’s all in the Apple ecosystem. I do not regret paying a little more for these. The battery lasts a long time as well. Yea the case isn’t the best but I ordered another one for when I take them on the go. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love these headphones, I went with the Sky Blue and love the color. The sound quality is fantastic and the transparency mode, spatial audio are superb!! These headphones are a little heavy so that’s one thing to consider,but that’s cause they’re made of more premium materials than most headphones, but they could cause head fatigue for some if used for hours straight. My one and only complaint is that if you wear hats a lot, which I do, these can be kind of tight on the head, as I wish they had a little more stretch on the cups themselves and the telescopic supports went down a little farther to fit over the head, but that is my only complaint whatsoever, these headphones sound superb and if you are invested in the Apple ecosystem like I am they are definitely worth getting, especially if you can grab them on a sale like I did.

The Apple AirPods Max are absolutely incredible. The sound quality is rich and immersive, with spatial audio making a huge difference. The noise cancellation is among the best I’ve experienced, and the design feels both premium and durable. They’re very comfortable for long listening sessions, although the weight may take getting used to. The integration with Apple devices is seamless. Overall, they’re pricey but worth it if you’re looking for the best audio experience.

These Apple airpod maxes are the best headphones ever. The noise cancellation is insane. When you switch the mode to noise cancellation you cannot hear anything! The headphone is ridiculously loud. Also they are very comfortable and with a simple design that matches with everything. Also the battery life last HOURSSSS.

I absolutely LOVE these headphones, they’re by far the best overear headphones you can buy-especially if you own/use them with an Apple device. They’re absolutely top quality headphones that any audiophile would love and appreciate, and they’re also absolutely gorgeous and beautifully designed, as all Apple products are. I love the range of colors available as well. One of the biggest, most stand out features of these aside from the excellent sound quality is their exceptional noise cancellation. These have THE best noise cancellation of any headphone on the market, regardless of price. No matter how loud and busy the world around you is, once you turn on noise canceling, it completely shuts the world out and lets you enjoy perfect silence or allows you to listen to your music or watch videos/movies without any background noise affecting and disturbing you. I also like the controls on the headphones themselves, as it’s very simple and intuitive. There’s a dedicated button just for the noise canceling and transparency modes as well as a small dial similar to what’s on Apple Watches that controls volume as well as play/pause, skip/next track and previous track, and also allows you to summon Siri as well as answer or decline and end calls (you also can do all call and text functions by voice, as well as Siri reading out incoming texts to you) these headphones also work with Apples spatial audio and head tracking, which can be turned on/off any time, but it unfortunately is a feature only available when used with an Apple device, and one other cool feature only available with Apple devices is the Find My feature, which allows you to be able to always see where your headphones are on a map in the event you lose them, so it helps make sure you’re never going to lose these and always be able to find them, which is an awesome feature. The final Apple exclusive feature is the way that it connects to your device; you just place your device near the headphones and it automatically pops up on there and connects, making it extremely simple, easy, and fast. It also never ever loses its connection ever, regardless of how long you use them. But it’s just as simple and easy to connect to non Apple devices as any other Bluetooth headphone; you just turn on Bluetooth and hold down a button on the headphones to put it in pairing mode and then connect it to your device and its paired. The battery life on these are excellent as well, lasting for up to ~25 hours on a full charge when using full noise cancellation and near full volume. They’re also very comfortable to wear, with nice soft earcups made from comfy memory foam material and an extra soft headband with thin mesh material inside it to allow full airflow and prevents any sort of sweating like a leather headband would. Best Buy also offers 3 month trials of Apple Music/TV/News whenever you buy these, which is an awesome added bonus. They also have the cheapest price on these and often times will have them on sale for even cheaper-so if you see them and they’re on sale I highly suggest buying them before that sale ends! But in the unlikely event you find these for cheaper at another store or website, Best Buy will price match them-even if you’ve already bought them and then later notice they’re cheaper somewhere else, which is what I did when I bought these. I noticed a week later they were $40 cheaper on Amazon and I provided the proof to a team member on an online chat and they immediately adjusted my price for these to match that sale price. It was really cool how they did that for me and made my overall experience with buying these even better than it already was.

I can't say enough good things about the Air Max headphones, especially for travel and use on planes! Love the color of these! Sound cancellation ability is top-notch. Well worth the money, the competitors honestly do not match up. I have tried five other brands and this was the best by far. They stay on when working out as well which was a big box I needed checked! Battery life is another plus. My son likes to listen to ebooks with them!

Super comfy with crazy good sound. The noise cancellation is top-tier, and the spatial audio makes everything feel immersive. Battery life is solid, and the design feels premium. If you want high-quality wireless headphones that just work, these are a win.

I always to buy the AirPods Max to try it, since I was pretty amazed by the AirPods pro 2 ( which is still my go to earphones). But the price of AirPods Max was always too expensive for me. So I bought the Sony XM4 and those were pretty good but not outstanding for my listening preferences. And then one day I saw the AirPods Max on discount and so I immediately bought it to try it. And as I expected, they are astonishing . The spatial audio, noise cancellation, transparency mode - everything is perfect. Yes it has few demerits, like the case doesn’t cover the entire headphones, there is no button to switch it off and is heavier than the other headphones in same price range. But you get used to those little imperfections pretty soon, cause you start loving immersive audio that has an outstanding sound stage. And so I returned the Sony XM4 and still use the AirPods Max everyday for indoor use. For outdoors and my workouts - I still use my AirPods pro 2 - since they are sweat resistant. In summary, I would recommend every Apple user to give the AirPods Max a chance and I’m certain that you’ll also be amazed as I’m till this day - whenever I put my AirPods Max on.

I'll just address common complaints. You know the rest. They sound god tier. They connect effortlessly. They have a excellent build. Q - They're what, 600$? They're headphones. Too expensive. A - They're not for you then, you should check out the Sony XM4 over hear headphones. They sound very good and are built pretty nice. These are for people who want something better than XM4s or NC700s. If those headphones are for you, save 200-300$ and get them. Q - They don't sound as good as other audiophile headphones. A - Correct! But good luck using those open back (no noise suppression) headphones in a loud environment, good luck taking them outside of your house (they need an amplifier, not wireless obviously) and again you need an amplifier which can range from 200$ to 2000$. Q - This reviewer said they don't fit that good. A. That honestly might be the case. It's subjective, however. I suggest you find someone who has a pair of these, if you can't, best buy has a return policy for situations like this. I will tell you that 1. they are heavy, but feel very light on my head. I used to have QC35 iis, and XM4s. I can wear these much much longer because of them being more comfortable. 2. They "fit" my head perfectly fine. Q - THE CASE A - I get you, I agree with you. It's pretty garbage. So make like I did and get rid of the bra case. Put it on ebay, sell it to someone, heck give it to your kids. It's garbage, you don't want to use it. I sold mine for 25$, and it sold within an hour of me posting it. (Huh? I thought everyone hated it? Apparently not!) Buy yourself an actual case, I got mine for 18$ on Scamazon. You can get Max cases pretty much anywhere. Q - (more of a complaint about Apple) But they're not repairable A - Well, I challenge you to tell me what wireless bluetooth headphones ARE more repairable than these. In my opinion Apple went above and beyond. They impressed iFixit of all places. The cushions are held on by magnets, of course. I'm sure you knew that. But did you know that the headband is replaceable? I don't recommend you try this if you have a pair already, but you CAN take the cushion off and stick a SIM tray tool into a little hole in the upper top of the inside of the ear cup *(please make sure you know which hole, it might hurt a lot if you have the wrong one)* and gently push in just like a SIM tray and the earcup will completely detatch from the headband. Good luck finding a replacement, but eventually down the line I'm sure there will be some on things like eBay and it's just a headband so if you get one that isn't exactly original, whatever. I will say though that I'm certainly not easy on my Apple things, but my headband still looks perfect. They look fragile, but unless you accidentally take a knife to it, it will be fine. If you can realistically afford them and want them, I cannot recommend them enough. They are fantastic, I have zero regrets whatsoever buying mine for the full MSRP of 550$. (they're now 500$ at time of posting) Enjoy them!

Pretty much perfect. They’re comfortable and I love having the option between canceling out all of the noise around me, or transparency so I can stay aware of my surroundings. Bonus points for doubling as ear muffs in the winter, LOL! I usually charge these once a week just to be safe, but they haven’t died on me yet! Best Buy’s refurbished packaging was great. The condition of the headphones were great too of course. 10/10. I prefer Best Buy for my Apple purchases, hands down.

These Apple headphones aren’t just regular airpods! The noise cancellation for when you need to get in the zone or lock in is amazing or if your wanting to have music as background noise but still hear surroundings the active transparency is wonderful. Not to mention the fit for these headphones is nice and snug where you don’t have to worry about them falling off your head when making movements! Last but definitely not least the battery in these headphones can last you up to 5 days of everyday use. No other headphones are like this mind blown

The best, most comfortable head phones I have ever had. Beautiful color, sound is incredible. Doesn't fall off when I'm running. The noise canceling is amazing. Connects to anything super fast, and pauses whatever you are listening to when you take them off, and resumes when you put them back on.

Great headphones with superb audio quality. I got the headphones in blue which looks just as nice in person as it does in pictures. The headphones are a bit heavy, but it does seem to me be made with very good quality materials and seems very durable. The battery life is pretty good but it would be nice if I could turn off the power of the headphones to save more battery. The product arrived in good condition and it was a good deal from bestbuy.

I would give it 10 stars if I could, thought the price was a bit dramatic but hear me out! They’re hands down the best headphones I’ve ever owned. The sound is IMMACULATE, noise canceling is chefs kiss, and I can set it to where I can hear outside noises and hear my music amazing still(my dogs a jerk and likes to get into things she shouldn’t). But please for the love of god this is the best adult purchase I’ve made thus far, I cried listening to them the first time because I’ve never heard every beat and instrument in such depth. They are super comfy and their battery life lasts FOREVER, no separate charger so it’s the same as your iPhone charger too. They aren’t giant and bulky either Best part is they come in pink with a matching pink case;)

This is the most expensive accessory I have ever bought, it turns out to be worth the price. I like the elegant design, the color, the mesh type headband, the sound is just perfect and it comes with a 6 months free apple music. It’s so easy to use, it automatically plays when I wear it once it’s paired to the bluetooth. I was thinking of returning it atfirst and would get a cheaper one from the other brands but nope I am keeping it.
