I have had a pair of over the ear JBL headphones for a few years now and these are light years ahead of them. I understand there are even more premium brands when compared to Apple, but the way they integrate with my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook make these a no brainer!

I have the airpods, airpods pro and now the airpods max. Love them all. But these are the best by far for me to use as I’m doing my workout. Nice fit around my ears and head. Love these. Plus got them on sale for $449.99. Can’t beat that price. Thanks Best Buy.

Good but made my head hurt

Sound is really good and I love the transparency mode. But when I wear them with my glasses they press on my head a in a way that gives me migraines. I had to return them and stick with AirPod earbuds.

XM4 > AirPods Max

Honestly, I thought these would blow the xm4s out of the water, but they still reign king. The only think better about the AirPods is the pass through mode, however, I generally wear on an airplane and the XM4s do that well enough. Listen, I’m a huge apple fan, I have all Mac/apple products, and if you wear headphones for a a long time/travel, save the money and get the xm4s. The pros of the xm4 are the case, the adjustability on the sound quality (another thing apple lacks) weight, true battery life and honestly, looks.
