    The ear cuffs are hard to keep clean. U pay close to 500 for headphones you shouldn’t have to run out and also buy covers for the ear part. Great heads phones overall

    I have had these headphones for a year and a half. They are already cutting out on the right side speaker. It constantly disconnects from blue tooth and tries to reconnect. Both Best Buy and Apple state because it’s been more than a year basically nothing they can do. TERRIBLE customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling this garbage. Don’t buy it unless you don’t need it for long
