I went back and between these and the Sony ones. I picked these because of the sound quality and color variations. They do a little while to adjust to. After a few uses they adjust. I did end up buying silicone covers and ones for outer shell to prevent scratches. My only complaint is they can be tight and are not water and sweat resistant. The sound is amazing.

The AirPod Max is one of the best noise canceling headphones that I’ve owned. The sound is beautifully balanced and the surround sound leaves you immersive within the music and movies. The only problem is the inability to turn the headset off. You can only put them in low power mode when you place them into the ugly case which nobody really ever uses. Overall, these are definitely top of the commercial lines of headsets. The price point will be a huge barrier to most if they’re considering cost and value when you can get headphones for less and semi-equal quality.

Recently used these to travel to Germany and the noise cancellation came in very handy when in the plane. Sound quality is amazing very comfortable to wear.

I’ve been using the AirPods Max for a few months, and they truly live up to the hype in terms of audio quality. The sound is crystal clear, with deep bass, balanced mids, and rich highs. Also, the case isn’t as practical as I’d hoped for, as it doesn’t offer much protection. If you’re looking for a pair of high-end headphones and are willing to splurge for premium sound and style, the AirPods Max won’t disappoint. They’re a treat for audiophiles, but casual listeners might find more budget-friendly options that still offer great quality.
